Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, à quelques centaines de mètres du centre-ville. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner. Un très bon rapport qualité prix pour le petit-déjeuner, choix varié et très bons produits.

Pros:

Only the view from the window of my room — and the credit for that goes to nature, not the hotel.

Cons:

* The hotel looks like a run-down two-star hotel.
* There is no small refrigerator in the room to keep water cold or store a few things, which is especially inconvenient for people travelling for several days.
* People in the room next to ours were allowed to stay with two huge dogs that barked loudly.
* We asked for our room to be cleaned, but nobody responded and nobody cleaned it.
* The rooms are extremely small and look more like social housing than rooms in a four-star hotel.

This is the worst four-star hotel I have stayed in during the last 15 years, and I travel a lot. I do not recommend choosing this hotel.

Le système de climatisation ne fonctionnait pas comme prévu, offrant une simple ventilation, ce qui a entraîné une température ambiante excessivement élevée.
Les photographies promotionnelles ne reflètent pas fidèlement la réalité de l'établissement.
Le tarif correspond à un hôtel quatre étoiles, alors que les prestations s'apparentent davantage à un trois étoiles pour l'hôtel et à un deux étoiles pour la chambre.
J'ai fait part de ces observations à la réception, où il m'a été répondu que la situation était telle quelle.

Excellent séjour
Pros:

Très bon accueil, bons conseils avant d’arriver et pendant le séjour. Hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Excellent déjeuner. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville et avec un très beau parc juste en face. Parking facile. Recharge pour voiture électrique juste en face.

Cons:

Dans notre chambre (RDC): sol un peu chaud côté salle de bain.

Simple efficace confortable, bon rapport qualité prix, parfait pour une halte de une nuit. À proximité des autoroutes lorsque l’on s’y arrête dans le cadre d’un long déplacement.

A perfect hotel for an overnight stop off en route
Pros:

A lovely hotel that was really close to the historic old town with bars and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The staff were excellent - friendly and helpful.
