Un'occasione persa....
Pros:

La struttura è carina , familiare ed accogliente, pulitissima ( a parte la moquette nelle zone comuni), la signora delle colazioni è stata estremamente simpatica e gentile come le altre persone dello staff eccetto la signora Francoise con la quale abbiamo avuto un grande "qui pro quo" come l'ha definito lei.

Cons:

La prima notte l'aria condizionata non ha funzionato per colpa di un mal funzionamento del sistema, notte da incubo in piena ondata di calore in Francia. La signora Francoise continuava a sostenere che non fosse responsabilità dell'hotel e ha fatto molta fatica a riconoscerci una piccola compensazione per il grande disturbo causato al nostro soggiorno. Per colpa di questo episodio non posso dare un giudizio positivo alla struttura.

Mentone e Costa Azzurra da scoprire.
Pros:

Posizione Tranquilla con vista mare; parcheggio auto all’interno della struttura e servizio colazione. Giardino interno dove rilassarsi. Titolare e collaboratori molto gentili.

L'accoglienza e l'onestà dello staff ci ha stupiti, hanno avuto una gentilezza e onestà che ormai non si trova più... Avevo prenotato il parcheggio e la domenica non si paga, mi è stato chiesto se volessi annullare la prenotazione Senza chiedere nulla, noi pronti a pagarlo comunque ma questo gesto mi ha colpito,in tanti posti mi avrebbero fatto pagare e abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Cons:

Aggiungerei una colazione salata, ma non tanta scelta ma tutto quello che c'era ottimo e fresco.
