Sympathique hôtel chaleureux avec piscine
Pros:

L'espace piscine intérieure avec Hammam et Sauna. Le petit déjeuner. Place de parc gratuite. Amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Mon ami a perdu son téléphone portable entre le hall de l'hôtel et le parking situé à 50 m., jamais retrouvé.

Würden wieder dahin kommen. Genügend kostenlose Parkplätze

Die Lage war perfekt für unsere Besuch der kleinen Städte Riquewihr und Ribeauville sowie Kaysersberg. Wir suchten spontan eine Unterkunft und fanden durch Zufall dieses kleine charmante Hotel. Nach vielen Meilen zu Fuss bei 32 Grad unterwegs, kam die Erholung im kleinen Spa perfekt.
Das Preis-Leistungsangebot ist mehr als fair. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und vielseitig und schmackhaft

Cons:

Mussten 2mal umziehen wegen Lärmbelästigung. Hätten es für gut befunden vor Anreise informiert zu werden dass 4 Schulklassen für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht haben. Wurden dann in andere Etage verlegt mussten aber wieder nach Abreise in das vorherige Zimmer zurück.

Gute Betten, ruhige Lage, gutes Essen. Wellness haben wir nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Keine Heizung (nur Handtuchwärmer) im Bad, daher dort eher kühl. Toilettendeckelsystem sehr wackelig.

Avis sur le séjour : À éviter absolument

​Petit-déjeuner : Très modeste, avec un réapprovisionnement insuffisant. Les œufs brouillés étaient systématiquement froids.

​Espace SPA : Très rudimentaire. L'eau de la piscine était froide, ce qui rend la détente impossible.

​Service et communication : * Le personnel n'est absolument pas aimable.

​Bien qu'ils déclarent parler l'allemand, il était impossible de communiquer dans cette langue.

​Équipements de la chambre : * Une seule bouteille d'eau fournie pour toute la durée du séjour.

​Le service est tel que j'avais même peur de demander du papier toilette supplémentaire.

​Conclusion : Je ne reviendrai jamais dans cet établissement.
