Categories

Cleanliness
9.5
Consistently praised across reviews: 'pulizia ottima', 'la limpieza', 'alles sauber' — guests repeatedly highlight very good cleanliness.
Service
9
Staff widely described as very friendly, helpful and accommodating (early breakfast, storing bikes, attentive). One review notes a poorly behaved restaurant employee, but overall service sentiment is strongly positive.
Location
8
Location described as quiet and on the edge of town (1.5 km from centre) — generally convenient and peaceful, though some mention it is a bit away from the centre and access/signage can be unclear.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as spacious with comfortable beds and good bathrooms; however multiple comments note the property/rooms are somewhat dated and TVs small, and some lower-rate rooms lack balconies.
Amenities
8.5
Positive mentions for covered/secure underground parking, efficient air conditioning, terrace and free parking; property has traditional character and basic but useful amenities, though some facilities are older.
Value for Money
9
Several reviews call the price-quality ratio exceptional or reasonable ('rapporto qualità prezzo è eccezionale', 'precios pagables'); one comment felt price slightly high relative to offerings.
Food and Beverage
7
Breakfast generally praised as good and varied by many guests, but a number of reviews mention basic or not-fresh items and a few found the breakfast disappointing; restaurant staff issue also affected perception for some.
Overall Experience
9
Overall very positive: guests recommend the hotel, praising cleanliness, friendly staff, quiet setting and parking; negatives are limited to occasional rude restaurant staff, dated aspects and minor breakfast criticisms.
