Slightly disappointing
Pros:

The property was in a decent location and the rooms were ok

Cons:

There was only one working lift, the breakfast wasn’t great and the whole building was covered in scaffolding
The one working lift was constantly full of housekeeping staff so we had to use the stairs

I would stay here again and i recommend this hotel to others too
Pros:

The location was very central. The hotel is located in a perfect spot and the room size was just as i wanted it. The breakfast was excellent

A bit pricey, only one lift was working so the waiting time was long, windows are not soundproof, you heard all notice from the street (I was at 19th floor), half of rooftop terrace was used like a storage and looks messy

El hotel no corresponde al precio
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el hotel correcto pero no se ajustaba a un cuatro estrellas. Fueron muy gentiles al darnos una habitación con vistas maravillosas porque era un viaje de celebración. El personal muy amable, sobre todo el de cocina.

Cons:

La habitación para 5 personas muy pequeña, el armario ridículo y el baño también; no se correspondia a la categoría del hotel, ni a su precio; la recepción y el resto de las instalaciones también muy pequeños. Tenían un ascensor estropeado (lo estuvo durante los 5 días de nuestra estancia), la espera para subir y bajar en horas puntas era exagerada, estuvimos hasta 25 minutos esperando por la mañana para bajar al desayuno en fin de semana. El desayuno correcto pero muy poco variado y la habitación no la limpiaron los dos primeros días así que tuvimos que avisar para que al dia siguiente la hiciesen antes de las cuatro de la tarde que es cuando volvíamos.

Atendeu totalmente nossas expectativas.
Pros:

Localização, limpeza, café da manhã, disponibilidade para acomodação familiar em um quarto e política de late check out.

Cons:

Só havia um elevador em funcionamento o que congestionava e atrasava as locomoções internas.

Pros:

I love the location, its just walking distance to most of the spots, like 5th Avenue and Times Square. We went there every night. And the rooftop but has the best view of Empire State Building.

Cons:

The bed is kinda hard.

Pros:

JOSH! Josh hat uns ein grandioses Aufzug Erlebnis geboten.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war vom Umfang vermutlich angemessen für Amerika. Dennoch waren die einzelnen gebotenen Sachen eher mäßig bis schlecht. Die Waffeln, sowie die Pancakes, total trocken (vom Vortag?) Die Würstchen ungenießbar fettig und der Saft wässrig.
