Very friendly staff. Excellent location.
Room was a bit smaller than expected.
First couple of days of the visit went smoothly and reception staff were helpful when giving advice on where to go.
My card (that I had checked in with) was stolen from my room by housekeeping. The hotel did NOT take me seriously and insisted I must’ve been pickpocketed when my purse had not left my room for the entire duration of my stay. I emailed them after my stay asking for an update on their “investigation”, but it has been well over 2 weeks and no response has been given.
Short Story: My card was stolen from my room by housekeeping on our last day.
Long Story: The card I checked into the hotel with was stolen from inside my room. My entire purse was still in my room, just not the card. I noticed this as my bank notified me when two payments were declined, I had not used this card my entire holiday as it has no Euros on it. I went straight down to reception and was told to file a police report, they insisted “this has never happened before” and “we will get to the bottom of this”. Safe to say, they did not. The next morning the manager came to speak to me and insisted I had been pickpocketed (I reiterated that my purse had not left my room for the entirety of my stay), she then insisted that her staff would never do such a thing “they have worked here for many years and they aren’t the type!”. Later she told me that she would email me after she conducted a thorough investigation, it is 3 weeks since then and I have not been told HOW SOMEONE GOT INTO MY ROOM. This hotel is a joke and preys on young travellers who they assume won’t fight back.

the location is perfect, anywhere you need to go. Metro, Beach, Porto, Rambla, Restaurants, Bars.
La struttura si trova in pieno centro città, a 2 minuti a piedi da una stazione metro che ti permette di spostarti facilmente per tutta la città.
La colazione é ottima, ho assaggiato la migliore tortilla che io abbia mai mangiato.
Le stanze sono spaziose, con l'aria condizionata e vengono pulite quotidianamente.
Abbiamo dovuto chiedere di cambiare le lenzuola del letto appena arrivati perché erano macchiate, ce le hanno cambiate subito e non abbiamo più avuto nessun problema.

La clim impossible de dormir hyper bruyante et malheureusement des punaises de lit. c'est pas Top.

Es war leider extrem laut, sowohl Nachts als auch tagsüber. Das Zimmer war sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider auch recht dreckig.
All in all okay, aber den Preis absolut nicht wert.
Le cadre super original, le personnel agréable et serviable, proximité d'une ligne de métro .
Clim très bruyante, salle de bain pas pratique.
