J’ai aimé l’emplacement et surtout le personnel vraiment très agréable très gentil, je le recommande à tout le monde c’est de très bonnes personnes bienveillantes au service des clients
Wir waren für eine Nacht im Bonny Hotel Lamai. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut: zentral in Lamai, sodass vieles schnell erreichbar ist, gleichzeitig war es im Hotel angenehm ruhig. Lage: 9/10.
Besonders positiv war die Gastgeberin. Sie war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, und sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out sehr flexibel. Insgesamt herrschte dadurch eine angenehme und persönliche Atmosphäre. Service/Gastgeber: 9/10.
Das Zimmer selbst hat uns allerdings deutlich weniger überzeugt. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas älter und das Zimmer wirkte stellenweise leicht verschmutzt. Die Badezimmertür war kaputt und die Klimaanlage befand sich direkt über dem Bett, was wir nachts als unangenehm empfunden haben. Positiv war allerdings, dass das Bett angenehm weich und bequem war. Zimmer: 3,5/10.
Bardzo przyjemna właścicielka, udzieliła wielu wskazówek dotyczących lokali, jak i lokalizacji atrakcji. Mieliśmy pokój w nowym budynku, bardzo ładny zadbany i blisko głównej ulicy.
La ubicación, al lado del mercado nocturno, restaurantes y todos los servicios.. la playa.. el trato de la dueña excelente, nos aconsejo sitios donde ir y tours que hacer.. siempre amable y servicial. Muy contentos, nos hubiéramos quedado más días si hubiéramos podido..

Pobyt w tym hotelu oceniam najwyzej jak się tylko da, właścicielka jest przemiłą i wspaniałą kobietą, chętną pomóc. Będzie nam brakowało tego miejsca. Polecam tez wycieczki u Pani ktora pomoze zorganizować za naprawdę dobrą cenę i dobrze doradzi. Lokalizacja świetna, wszystko na miejscu.

Great location. Beach a close walk, beautiful water to swim and sun beds with awesome restaurants. Very friendly and attentive staff at the hotel. House cleaning and laundry services were good. Helpful with confirming day trips, willing to call on our behalf.

The bath was very hot and humid
Nong greeted us with unforgettable hospitality and is the reason we extended our stay ob Samui. She was so kind to let us immediately check in and sleep after a red eye journey. We will miss her cheerful greetings every morning! The property is the perfect location, walking distance to the beach and many great restaurants. There is laundry service offered but if you prefer to do it yourself there is a laundromat nearby and a drying rack for your clothes on the balcony. We were offered daily cleanings, fresh towels, and bottled water. Nong also was very helpful with planning transportation and activities. After exploring other parts of the island we were happy to be based in Lamai beach for our stay in Samui. Thank you Nong, we hope to be back someday!!

A special place, I have returned after one year and I am still amazed by this lovely budget city hotel with unique traditional Thai hospitality. located in a quiet street but close to everything. Standard rooms are old fashioned but have super comfy beds and perfectly functioning showers. They are clean, spacious, equipped with strong AC, wifi, a balcony, smart tv (Netflix etc), fridge, safe deposit, kettle. Daily room cleaning on request, complimentary water, fresh towels, new coffee bags everyday. the super friendly hosts are helping with every question, booking and recommendation. And they always greet you by name and smile. You feel like a VIP or like at home, away from home. Thank you very much for your hospitality Ladies!
