Ein besonderes Erlebnis, in einer schmalengasse. Man denkt gar nicht, dass da der Eingang zum Hotel ist gelangt man zu R
Pros:

Der Balkon ist umwerfend. Die Gondeln fahren unter ihm vorbei. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Morgens ist die Brötchen Lieferbote hinterlassen. Ein traumhaften Brötchengeruch in der Gasse.

Urlaubsfeeling wurde voll erfüllt

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse an einem ruhig gelegenen Platz. Wir hatten für 3 Tage ein Zimmer mit einer großen Terrasse. Das war ein Highlight. Wunderschön gelegene Terrasse mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und Bank über den Dächern von Venedig. Von der Anlegestelle "Rialto" liegt das Hotel gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt. Rezeption ist immer mit sehr nettem und hilfsbereiten Personal besetzt. Schlüssel kann man dort abgeben wenn man das Haus verlässt. Zimmer war super sauber geputzt und nicht abgenutzt. Dusche war sehr gepflegt und sehr ansprechbar. Ein Kühlschrank mit Minibar im Zimmer war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen im Juni sehr hilfreich. Die Nächte und Tage waren absolut ruhig und wir haben keine Nebengeräusche auf dem Zimmer wahrgenommen. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise und hat uns in der Nacht nicht gestört. Frühstück war sehr gut und reichlich. Zimmerservice war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns immer wieder neue Handtücher angeboten. Matratzen waren für diesen hohen Durchlauf auch noch akzeptabel und wir konnten gut geschlafen. Ich wurde in allen Punkten die mir davor wichtig waren positiv überrascht. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Wenn es geht, kommen wir gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Great Venetian experience
Pros:

- The staff was friendly and helpful
- The powerful AC helped us rest after the tours
- The interior, atmosphere, and terraces all looked so Venetian
- The location - in the center of Venice. Everything we wanted to see is nearby
- Being able to store our bags after check-out gave us extra time to enjoy Venice before our departure

Lovely hotel and breakfast in a central location
Pros:

Location is great. The breakfast was amazing.

Cons:

There is no lift which they clearly mention. The single room was pretty small though that is expected given the location.

Such a good location to get to everything and would stay again if booked in advance to get good deal
Pros:

Location perfect. Staff and Breakfast superb.

Cons:

Room small and beds separated during the night could do with something to clip them together when made up into double. Bit pricey. I booked an extra night closer to my time of stay and it was nearly double the price of original price.

Beautiful hotel, good breakfast, very convenient location and easy find hotel in the maze of Venice.
Pros:

Close to the main attractions in Venice. Francesco- the guy in the front desk is very helpful in giving us directions and things to do, very friendly.

Cons:

Climbing the stairs in third floor, no elevator, but part of structures of old building.
