Disappointed with our stay as one assumes from the photos and Booking.com rating that it would be a much better hotel. W

Is in a seedy part of town. Missed seeing the hotel twice. Impression given is that it has some grand entrance but once you walk in you realise it is not.

Pleasant
Pros:

Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were courteous and attentive, especially KK was fantastic and very hospitable and the hotel was clean and comfortable. A few improvements in check in process and quality of food would make the guest experience even better

Cons:

On arrival When taxi drop me at the hotel there was no one to help me to take the luggage in reception even one guy ask me to go from other door but didn’t help. But after that KK escort till the room thanks to him.
Pizza was not good at all.

Its a pigeonhole, untidy, unfriendly front desk. I saw the room and ran out in 10 mins. And booked into Hilton. I deserve a full refund. The place is nothing like it looks on the pics. Mouldy linen, and interiors and to cover the stench they have sprayed some cheap room freshner which in itself is distasteful and agonising. Staff were as unfriendly as the looks of the place. Such a rip off. Horrible experience.

Best hotel at Reasonable price in Mumbai
Pros:

Location is nearby airport wide road . Clean hotel room and bathroom . Supporting staff. Bar available. Breakfast and food is also good. Family or business both can stay.
