Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Oriental Aster, Mumbai. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the facilities and amenities needed for a comfortable stay. All the staff members were welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help.
A special mention to KK from the Front Office, who greeted us every day with a warm smile and made us feel truly welcome. The F&B team was also excellent—attentive, courteous, and provided great service throughout our stay.
The property’s proximity to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharajj airport is an advantage. The front desk staff and entire staff is efficient and helpful. The place / rooms are clean and well maintained.

I booked a stay at Hotel Oriental Aster for my parents, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience they had. The hospitality was truly wonderful — the staff were incredibly warm, sweet, and always available 24/7 to help with anything. They made my parents feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for, which meant a lot to me.
The food was excellent, fresh, and really enjoyable. The rooms were very spacious, spotless, and comfortable, making their stay even more relaxing. It’s a lovely place for families as well as friends looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay.
