Pros:

Staff are friendly

Cons:

Bit molds in the wall shower. We ask to clean our bedroom the next day but never change our towels even we put them on the floor. Wood flooring needs to be done.

Closeness to shopping centre. Excellent staff. Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

We ordered a meal at the Rooftop Restaurant, we ordered a starter & main meal & it was all served together. The rice for the main was cold & the rest of the food warm, I prefer my food to be served HOT. I advised the reception of this, disappointed we weren’t offered some form of compensation.

Almost perfect
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay very much and felt very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly.
I would like to emphasize that breakfast was excellent and the staff at breakfast were exceptionally professional and efficient. In my opinion, the team was much more attentive than the team on the rooftop terrace in the evening.

Cons:

The balcony was unusable due to the many birds that nested up there and made a mess of everything. Dear management, please don't ignore this, do something about it.
