For cancelations or no-shows, guests will be charged 100% of the first night during the low season from 1 May until 31 October and 100% of the total booking during the peak season from 1 November until 30 April.

Pros:

L'emplacement est bien. Les chambres sont propres, un peu vieillottes. (Chambres premier prix) Et manque d'éclairage.

Le site face à la mer, même si les chambres ne donnent pas sur le mer. Le petit déjeuner, la piscine.
Un environnement exceptionnel

Cons:

L'état des scooters de l'hôtel à la location laisse à désirer. Vu l'absence de client, on aurait apprécié un surclassement de bungalow.

Wir waren nach den nicht so guten Bewertungen echt Positiv überrascht. Waren direkt am Pool der echt schön ist. 7/11 ist direkt an der Straße. Und man halt totale Ruhe.

Awesome time, would definitely return in the future.
Pros:

The resort was awesome. Right on the beach, in a row of other businesses. It is a short walk to the next cove/beach and just down the beach from a long row of other bars. The pools were great!

Beautiful calm and peaceful
Pros:

Close to beach within 10 steps from bungalow, you’re so close to everything rented a scooter at the property close to gyms restaurants and easy to get to with a 7/11 at the top of the road

Le personnel très gentil au bar, par contre, hôtesse à l'accueil. Pas.
Cool du tout. Ils ont cru que j'avais volé une serviette alors qu'elle était au bar. Je l'avais oublié hier soir.

Yes, we would stay again.
Pros:

Allowing that Koh Lanta is known as a laid back area best for relaxing, this location was fine.

Cons:

Sadly, our first room suffered an ant infestation. Note, they moved us to a new room. But the air conditioner was not working so ... we were moved to a third room which was fine.
