Excellent location with optional (paid) parking. Great size room with kitchen/dining area. Nice size bathroom. My room overlooked the chairlift which was great to sit and people watch!

Excellent location just off the village plazas, but within walking distance of everything. We had a very spacious, clean, and comfortable room. The kitchen was well stocked.
Our room was next to the restaurant's patio. The speaker for their music was right outside our window, making it quite loud in our room. We had to ask them to turn it off when they kept the music going for 45 minutes after the restaurant had closed.
They were renovating some rooms near our room, but were respectful and didn't start too early. The room we were in is probably up for a refresh next, as it is looking a bit dated.
Location was good
Rooms in very poor condition. Very dated. 2x TVs in the room , neither operational.
A bad , damp stench all through the hallways. No compendium in the rooms to explain the hotel or the room services. Climate control ( heating/cooling) was loud and poor. You couldn’t sleep with the noise. If you turned it off you couldn’t sleep with the heat. Staff in general lacked any interest. For the price, the worst place I’ve stayed.
Fully equipped kitchen
I liked the location, and the size of room if staying for a long period of time.
It had a whole kitchen, dining and living area with a large ensuite, and two bathrooms. Steam showers for long days on the cold hills, and it’s right near a bunch of great food options.
Travelling within whistlers village can be confusing if you haven’t been before, and I wish parking was included in your stay…

Effortless check in and the underground parking was easily sorted by the property, given how busy whistler is, very convenient the property has parking onsite. Very good checkin experience and the location was central and close to everything within walking distance. Great place to stay.
Mitten drin im Geschehen von Whistler. Tiefgarage direkt drunter allerdings für Aufpreis. Sehr nettes Personal! Bin erst nachts um 1 Uhr angekommen und freundlich aufgenommen worden.
Man muss gestehen, dass diese Art von Hotels inzwischen in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das Badezimmer ist ziemlich abgenutzt. Und auch sonst sieht man die 80er durchschimmern. Renovierung wäre auch für Nordamerikanische Verhältnisse mal wieder nötig. Z.B. USB Ladestellen etc.
