POOL CLOSES AT 5 :(

Clean and polite staff

Cons:

They have a new restraunt that limits the hot tub and pool hours as they don't want the patrons there to watch people swim and they haven't updated the website. Pool hours close early (5pm).

Mom and daughter weekend.
Pros:

Super comfortable bed in the heart of Whistler. Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed seeking out the locally owned shops and restaurants.

Honestly, not amazing, but also to be expected in Whistler. I've been living in whistler for 6 years but needed a spot to say with my dad and let's say that the reputation of whistler's quality of service was on par with it's reputation, as I knew very well.

I won't give any hints but one member of the staff was childish, making completely ridiculous accusations about my father's behavior who is a sweet and insanely experienced traveller. When I came down to see what the fuss was all about I got met by a staff member extremely on the defensive that started to act plain rude with me saying that my dad was bullying her and cursing at her which is so uncharacteristic of him it had to be a lie. Then started to warn me to not begin with the same attitude before I could even say a word. When all I asked was : what did he say exactly, he/she couldn't even say an exact word he'd say to he/she, anyways, keep up the quality guest service

It was a very nice place to stay very reasonable inconvenient
Pros:

It was close to All the amenities. It was clean and the staff was very, very friendly

Cons:

Nice to be able to come back after supper and use the pool or a hot tub. We never did get to enjoy that because the hours were terrible.

Liked the location
Pros:

Location and the fact it had a pool
The staff were friendly

Cons:

The pool hours are terrible. We specifically picked this hotel for the pool and it would have been nice to know in advance it closed so early. Open the pool till 10pm. Bring back the lounge chairs. The restaurant on site was very expensive and not worth going.
Also would be good to have staff regularly at front desk especially for the morning time to noon.

Luxus pur mitten im Geschehen!
Pros:

Diese Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Einrichtung ist absolut hochwertig, die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und das gesamte Ambiente pure Erholung. Trotz der zentralen Top-Lage direkt im Geschehen gibt es eine super Parklösung. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Staff were great and really helpful.
Italian restaurant on site was EXCELLENT!!
Location on the edge of the town centre was great. Really close to everything but not noisy.
Good underground carparking

Cons:

Facilities were old and dated, especially air conditioning which was terrible. We were lucky it was a cold start to summer and wasn't crucial.
