Pros:

Pretty much everything. The Room, the location, the facility. The jacuzzi was a great addition. Will definitely re-book for the future. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Parking could be free for the guests but for some reason none of the hotels there offered free parking!

Ottima posizione, stanza su due livelli dotata di cucina.

Cons:

La pulizia lascia veramente a desiderare, ho trovato dei capelli sotto il cuscino, troppa moquette, alcuni piatti sono stati lasciati totalmente sporchi.

Would definitely go here again.
Pros:

Great location right in village for skiing/ snowboarding. Good parking for a truck in the underground.

Cons:

Only one elevator in building so we spent a lot of time waiting for it to come to us only to be full. We just decided it was easier to take the stairs. The lofts are warm up top as there is no window or airflow. We asked front desk for a fan to blow the ac up top and it worked out pretty good.

The pool and hot tub is only open till 5pm. Check in is at 4pm. Check out it 11am and I believe the pool opens at 9am. Giving guest staying there one night a very very short window to use the facilities.

Received nice room for the room rate. The front desk staff were well informed.
Pros:

The location was good and parking convenient.
Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Did not like the need to go down 2 steps to the bed.
Definite fall risk.

Stay was okie but I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist sam offered complimentary check out at 12:00pm
Pros:

Pool timing until 8am -5pm
Checking time 4:00pm it doesnt make any sense

It was good minus the pool hours.
Pros:

Location, friendly staff. Rooms clean. Toiletries were mish mosh not sure why but ok to use. The pool and hot tub are great to have.

Cons:

The pool hours are terrible. Also most of pool deck is closed for the patio of the overpriced pasta restaurant. Change pool hours to go until at least 10pm. Bring back the deck chairs and the deck so guests can actually enjoy the amenities. There are not enough chairs for guests and because it closes by 5pm there is no time to enjoy the pool in the evening.

Cons:

Pool closing at 5:00??? If it is because of the restaurant access, it should reopen after 8 pm to 10 pm as no one is one the terrace…

We had great time, would come back again in future.

Great location, room well equipped with everything we needed (including the sponge for washing dishes)

Not worth what we payed and needs a Reno badly
Pros:

The location was the best part of it. Very close to the ski lifts
It had a personal sauna in the room. Would be great for after skiing
Had a kitchenette, but it needed an update.

Cons:

It was vary worn out and in need of a big update.
Bathrooms especially. Tubs were very worn out and not very clean. Low water flow made it hard to shower. The air conditioner was located down stairs and was very old. It did not cool the loft bed room at all. As it was very hot when we were there that would have been nice.
The room did not feel the cleanest.

The pool closes at 5pm, which we did not know about, if we did we would not have booked this place because we have kids who love to swim.
All in all not impressed

Antigo. Comparável a Motel 6 ou Quality Inn nos EUA. Sem café da manhã. Não havia cama, mas sim sofá cama. Não vale o preço. 30 dólares para estacionar uma moto.
