Pros:

Friendly staff. Well-furnished and clean.

Cons:

Experience was great. Only concern I had was the door to the room didn't seem very secure. It may have been, but the lock seemed a little out-dated. Otherwise felt very safe at this hotel.

Beautiful historic building, great location and price. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the historic aspect. Room and bathroom was very large. Had on site restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The water in the shower was a little tricky, but once I asked about it, they showed me what to do.
I do wish they had a breakfast option, but we found some places in town.

Meeting Nicki and Josh who welcomed us to your facility made us feel at home.
Pros:

Location was Fantastic and the staff was very helpful and customer service focused. I want to especially Thank Nicki and Josh for their assistance. They both made our stay very special.

Cons:

Well.... we stood on the 4th floor with a number of stairs to go up... Ugh!
But that's where Nicki offered help me carry my bag to my room. I appreciated that so much.

Josh... Best Bartender and Waiter server we've had in awhile... Thanks to you both.

The uniqueness, location and price created a fabulous aspect to Gettysburg, PA.
Pros:

The young man, Caleb welcomed us in the lobby. His personal tone during the explanations was fantastic. He had information about pub, restaurant and artwork upon the walls. The history about this facility was extraordinary. The beds were comfortable and shower was hot with force. The size of the rooms made us feel like royalty.

We would enjoy staying at the Federal Pointe Inn again for sure.
Pros:

It is a piece of history and just lovely inside and out. Our room was gorgeous and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly.

Cons:

Only two small things - the corner molding by the tub area had mildew damage, and needs repair; the pub charcuterie board was disappointing with basic rolled meats and cheese cubes that seemed to come from Aldi - for a high end inn, we expected a high end charcuterie.

The Federal Pointe Inn Gettysburg was a beautiful conclusion to our stay for our country’s 250th yr!
Pros:

The location was great. Maggie (front desk) was very friendly, helpful and shared the location’s history. The building and rooms are beautiful.

Very convenient for tourists. Walking distance to most main attractions.

Cons:

No swimming pool! 99°! Maybe arrange a pass with a hotel that has a nice one and either include it as an option or as a convenience.

Fantastic Inn near downtown Gettysburg
Pros:

Spacious room with everything you need for a multi day stay. Our bed was very comfortable and even though we were in the middle of a heat wave, they had an extra AC unit to keep things comfortable.
The Inn itself is a gem, bursting with history and containing many interesting civil war paintings and various other artifacts.
Short walk to the main Gettysburg downtown area, full of restaurants and shops.
The pub at the inn was quite nice and all their recommendations for cafes and restaurants were great.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I had some heavy luggage and could have used an elevator but that was a minor inconvenience.
