If I come back to Gettysburg, I know where I will be staying
Pros:

Fantastic staff, especially Maggie in the bar, loved the historic building and it’s characteristics

Cons:

No elevator but understandable due to the historic building

Great place to stay for a visit to all the sights at Gettysburg.
Pros:

The location was great. Right at the start of the Gettysburg main street. There was a restaurant that was great for breakfast 100 yards away.

Cons:

The room AC was underpowered a bit. This was an end of summer visit for us and the temps were still in the 80s. But because it cooled at night, in the end the temps did not bother us sleeping.

Delightful stay
Pros:

Unique hotel, a renovated school from the 1800”s. M. Staff was helpful bringing luggage to the room. Historical memorabilia was interesting. Coffe was available 24/7. The Pub/Resturant was a delight module place to relax and have a meal. Easy walk to historic center of town. Spacious room.

Cons:

There was no elevator in the building.

The owner has made this historic landmark into a carefully curated museum which was stunning.
Will stay here again.
The staff and the pub staff were amazing...shout out to Bob the bartender...great host!

May sound a little negative, but my wife and I developed a head cold after the 1st night stay.
Pros:

Spacious rooms. Love the ambiance of the old school house

Cons:

Need an elevator for us old folks to carry luggage up. Our room was next to a busy road. Got pretty noisy at times.

Great location! Super comfortable! Friendly staff!
Pros:

The beds were super comfortable, and the overall ambiance was great! The gentleman who checked us in and escorted us to our room was super engaging and entertaining!

Cons:

Not being able to control the air conditioning or temperature in the room, but it was thoroughly explained why and how the and cooling system worked for the entire building. We like to sleep super cold and so that is less a them issue and more an us. We slept just fine and the temperature was near, perfect.All things considered.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Well-furnished and clean.

Cons:

Experience was great. Only concern I had was the door to the room didn't seem very secure. It may have been, but the lock seemed a little out-dated. Otherwise felt very safe at this hotel.

Beautiful historic building, great location and price. Friendly staff.
Pros:

Great location. Loved the historic aspect. Room and bathroom was very large. Had on site restaurant. Staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The water in the shower was a little tricky, but once I asked about it, they showed me what to do.
I do wish they had a breakfast option, but we found some places in town.
