Hôtel Marignan

La nostra camera era al quarto piano, senza ascensore.

Our problem mainly is with the way the hotel handled our accomondation during Paris heatwave.

Before our arrival, we knew that the room did not have air conditioning. However, we did not expect the room temperature to reach 36°C. I have photos showing the temperature inside the room.

As soon as we entered the room, I went to the reception and explained that it was far too hot. I also told the receptionist we were having difficulty breathing because of the heat. I asked if there was anything they could do.

The receptionist told me that I should have informed the hotel about my requirements before arriving. However, I do not believe that expecting a room where we could breathe and sleep comfortably is a special requirement. When I explained that the room was extremely warm, I was told that I was overreacting.

The hotel gave us 4 fans, but it did not help. The room stayed at 36°C. We did everything we could to cool ourselves down. We took cold showers while still wearing our clothes, soaked our towels with cold water, and placed them on the bed because even the mattress was very hot. Despite this, especially my parents (around 60 year old) continued to have difficulty breathing during the night, and none of us were able to sleep properly, since the temperature remained even at night at 36°C. By the way we were placed on the 6th and last floor, with a very small window and our stay was during the heatwave in Paris.

The next day, the hotel moved us to another room. We appreciated this, and we thank you for it, but it only happened after we had already spent one night in those uninhabitable conditions. The second room actually was way better and we did not have any issue! The temperature was at 30°C, which was much better and the room had two big windows which helped the situation.

Un manque de climatisation au vu de la canicule.

Que a ducha está em um andar e a privada no outro. Acho que deveria ser informado antes. E informa que não ha elevador.

There was no air conditioning unit in the room and the manager blame on me to not ask about before reservation, although the air conditioning was specified at the facilities. On top of it, there were almost 40 Celsius degree in Paris at the time. Room comfort was inexistent. Sleeping with the windows open you are exposed to street noise.
We received a room at the last floor (5th) with no elevator, so we have to climb a quite narrow spiral stair with the luggages, or when we were already tired after a long day of city sightseeing. I do not recommend this hotel on summer heat.

-pas d’ascenseur (5me étage )
-pas de frigo
-pas de tv
-chambre semble à une chambre d’hôpital, triste , avec des lits très vieux , pas d’espace
-le patron pas agréable , il nous a interdit de monter avec notre petite pizza manger dans la chambre , c’était le petit goûté du soir pour mes deux enfants .
-odeur égouts dans la chambre
-pas de conditionner , juste des ventilators , ce que c’est pas assez dans la canicule , la nuit il faisait trop chaud
- rue calme mais la nuit on attends qund même des bruits avec le balcon ouvert
- le prix est trop élevé pour un hôtel avec une étoilé

房间里面没有冰箱，没有空调，只有一个很小的风扇，在高温来袭的巴黎简直就是灾难。浴室非常小，淋浴间只有50cm*50cm大小，设施陈旧，墙纸有部分脱落，没有电梯，老人和行李多的人慎选。

Odalar çok küçük ve havasız. Hava çok sıcak klima yok. Odada mini buzdolabı olmasını beklerdim o da yok. Tv de yok. Alt katta büyük bir buzdolabı var herkes aynı dolabı kullanabiliyor ancak gece 11 den sonra odaya kilitledikleri için buzdolabı da odada kilitli oluyor. eşyalarınıza erişemiyorsunuz.

L’absence de climatisation en période de chaleur même si un ventilateur était mis à disposition 😊

Pas de clim. Chambre sommaire surchargée de lits et peinture jaunie au plafond. Le patron qui engueule la réceptionniste pendant le petit déjeuner.

Al ducharnos siempre se salía el agua por debajo de la ducha, incluso llegando casi hasta las camas.
