Faltan muchos baños en las comunes, o están muy escondidos. Yo solo encontré uno al lado del comedor. En la zona de piscinas y chiringuitos Yo no vi ninguno. Y para el tamaño del hotel es evidente que en mi opinión es muy poco

Buenas instalaciones mala calidad

Instalaciones maravillosas,habitaciones cómodas y buenas vistas, todo limpio

Pagué pensión completa xq pensé q un 4estrellas tendría buen menú, fue horrible, la peor comida q he visto nunca en un hotel , recalentada por la noche , muy mala calidad, solo entramos el primer día ,después nos fuimos fuera del hotel a comer desayunar y cenar, incluso por los alrededores conocían la mala calidad del comedor. No lo recomiendo.Demasiado dinero en 4 días para no poder comer, y 75 e extra por las vistas al mar.

Pésimo. Peor hotel en años.

Lo único que tiene este hotel para destacar es la ubicación en primera línea de playa y las instalaciones de entrenamiento

Cons:

Qué las mejores instalaciones del hotel, el chiringuito más grande al aire libre no se podía utilizar hasta las 20 horas si no eres premium, es decir si no has comprado la tarifa todo incluido, que dicho sea de paso no está ofrecida por Booking.
En un hotel con más de 1000 personas hospedadas, y te hablo del 6 de septiembre, con colas para todo, tienes acceso a una cafetería de 60 metros cuadrados aproximadamente y un pequeño chiringuito de la piscina hasta las 19 horas. Me parece de vergüenza que en esta época exista esa distinción. Quise hace una reclamación pero la única respuesta fue que podía haber pagado un suplemento de 30€ para tener todo incluido. Ya sé que es una cantidad ridícula, lo que me molesta es que si no quiero esa opción no me dejen entrar cuando me apetezca pagando mi consumición.
Otro detalle es que me hicieron comprar agua en la comida, aún habiendo dispensadores de agua, porque no tenía incluida la bebida en la pensión completa.
Pedí una habitación con vistas al mar y tenías que salir al balcón para poder verlo desde la esquina del balcón, pues la habitación tenía visitas a la carretera y hacia un calor horrible, al darle el sol todo el día. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido y enfriaba bastante mal.
