Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht und sucht für alle Probleme die entstehen können (ist normal) gute Lösungen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung (quietschende Federkernmatratzen z.b.) dürften erneuert werden. Was ich etwas befremdlich fand war, dass von Freitag bis Sonntag beim Frühstück kein Rührei oder ähnliches zur Verfügung stand (man musste immer danach fragen), während unter der Woche wo quasi weniger los ist im Frühstücksbuffet Rührei, gekochtes Ei und Frühstücks-Würstchen "gewartet haben"

In Ordnung
Pros:

Der Herr am Check in war sehr freundlich und alles ging schnell. Unser Familienzimmer war sehr groß und mit Wasserkocher und Tee ausgestattet.
Wir konnten unser E-Auto laden. Parkplätze waren vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Frühstückssituation war am Samstag nicht zufriedenstellend. Die Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Fehlende Speisen wurden sehr zögerlich nachgelegt. Am Sonntag war die Situation dank mehr Personal viel besser.
Das Türschloss unseres Zimmers muss repariert werden. Man konnte nur sehr schwer auf- und zuschließen.
