Excelente limpeza e organização dos quartos. Maravilhosos espaços de lazer, com destaque para a área da piscina ao ar livre, na cobertura do hotel. Ótima localização próxima à Avenida Anna Costa, na região da Praia do Gonzaga, em Santos-SP. Os funcionários são atenciosos, respeitosos e animados. Excelente hospedagem no Bourbon Convention Hotel Santos!

Embora a acomodação seja um pouco antiga, ela é bem espaçosa e confortável

Cons:

Os elevadores são muito demorados, o estacionamento é do outro lado do hotel e a entrada principal tem escadas o que dificulta com quem está com criança de colo

No geral a estadia estava boa,
Pros:

Gostamos da receptividade dos funcionários, sentimos falta de alguns mais antigos!

Cons:

A piscina não estava aquecida , a limpeza da roupa de cama deixou a desejar. O salão de refeição em reforma no final das férias!
