Café da manhã muito diversificado. Área de lazer muito boa.

Cons:

O hotel deve-se atentar ao uso dos salões utilizados para eventos de empresas. A quantidade de gente e o uso do elevador tornou difícil a movimentação para ir até o café da manhã e se deslocar dentro do hotel.

Not awesome stay
Pros:

There was a pool in the hotel. The breakfast is ordinary, but it’s ok.

Cons:

The hotel is not new. There were 2 buildings and the big problem with elevator exists.
Also the smell in the halls are quite bad - there should be some aroma diffusers and so on.
Also there isn’t any kettle in the hotel and there is a big problem with hot water for tea

O que mais gostei foi da excelente localização do Bourbon Convention Hotel em Santos e, principalmente, do atendimento da equipe, que foi sempre muito cordial e atenciosa.

O ambiente é tranquilo e agradável. Nesta hospedagem, minha acomodação foi ainda melhor do que nas vezes anteriores, muito confortável e espaçosa, contando inclusive com banheira, o que tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável.
