Nice and friendly staff made up the noisy surroundings
Pros:

Very good location, just what I needed for the Reeperbahn festival. It had everything you needed.

Cons:

As it was in the centre of busy night life, the nights were quite noisy and the earplugs hotel provided didn’t help either.

Liebevolle Unterkunft für ein Kiez Wochenende! Perfekte Lage
Pros:

Empfang super freundlich und lieb! Sehr bemüht. Hat mich extra umgebucht weil mein Zimmer noch nicht fertig war und mir ein Getränk ausgegeben. Das fand ich sehr freundlich. Wollte mir auch noch beim Koffer schleppen helfen. Soviel Freundlichkeit ist wirklich selten! Behalte ich gut in Erinnerung 🫶 Frühstück war Übersichtlich aber liebevoll zubereitet. Alles da was man braucht und man kann sich sogar eine frische Waffel backen! Tolle Idee! Bett war auch bequem, Zimmer sauber und schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Mir fehlte nur ein Duschvorleger und etwas Stauraum im Bad (Ablage in der Dusche) und Haken für die Handtücher vielleicht?!
Man sollte gut zu Fuß sein. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Man darf nicht vergessen, man ist mitten drin statt nur dabei und es herrscht nicht um 22 Uhr Ruhe. Ich hab allerdings sehr gut geschlafen und es liegen ohrstöpsel bereit. Ich komme bestimmt wieder ☺️

Cons:

The online pictures appear to be heavily edited or AI-generated and do not reflect reality. In person, the property is old and not clean. It was also extremely noisy because of parties in the street, and I could not sleep before 2 a.m. The so-called family room had six bunk beds and felt more like student accommodation than a room for a family.

Pros:

Das Personal ist immer super freundlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ausreichend Steckdosen, auch am Hochbett. Wir hatten im Mehrbettzimmer ein eigenes Bad mit gut funktionierender Dusche und für evtl Lärm auf der Reeperbahn lagen für jeden Ohrstöpsel bereit was will man mehr. Das liebevoll beteitete Frühstücksbuffet ist vielfältig und läßt einen entspannt in den Tag starten. Wir kommen immer gern wieder.

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts ein. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung könnten die Treppen ein Problem darstellen. Für uns hat alles gepasst.

Pros:

Schönes Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal. Die Nacht war überraschend ruhig (Mitte der Woche), obwohl das Zimmer direkt auf die Reeperbahn geht.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht barrierefrei, war allerdings kein Problem.

Great location if you want to be near the action. View of the Reeperbahn area outdoor music stage and market. Helpful friendly staff. There are earplugs in room but we were there for a late one anyway so didn't need them

Grandiose Lage auf der Reeperbahn !

Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist unschlagbar für den Preis.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber eine Ablagemöglichkeit außer auf 2 kleine Hocker wäre super gewesen. Des Weiteren sollte man sich was mit der Garderobe über dem Kopfteil am Bett einfallen lassen, sich über das Bett zu lehnen war nicht schön. Der Ventilator sollte ach mal gesäubert werden.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mitten im Hamburger Leben, mit supernettem Personal und leckerem Frühstück.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett. Sie hatten viel Verständnis auch für spezielle Wünsche aufgebracht, So haben Sie das möglich gemacht, was umsetzbar war. Vielen Dank!!

Cons:

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn der Speisesaal abseits von dem oftmals stark frequentierten Weg von der Rezeption zu den Häusern 38 und 40 liegen würde. Gerade beim Ausschecken gerade von Gruppen oder Klassen wird es hektisch um Speisesaal.
