Darling place to stay, wonderful food, pleasant happy staff. We will return, thank you Darling.
Pros:

The staff were all pleasant, always happy to assist. Breakfast was a large array of fresh & delicious food. 10 out of 10 to the staff. Lovely people serving, cooking for so many people each day. A happy thank you, shout out to the doorman at the casino, a true bonus for the casino, a gem gentleman.

Was a lovely day, but I think there is better value for money and other properties
Pros:

Beautiful property,
I paid for valet parking, but then I had to walk to my own car because the marathon was on.
That was very disappointing

Cons:

The room was quite small for the price you paid.
And also there were no snacks in the room!

Really comfortable if not a bit odd
Pros:

Really liked the location and really easy to get around from there. The Sokyo restaurant was also a real highlight! The staff were friendly and room service was fast and lovely. The bed was also very comfortable and the room was quiet and no disturbances.

Cons:

The room was a bit of an odd layout and I had a view of a roof and roadworks which didnt feel great considering what I paid. The shower set up was a bit strange and im not a fan of a wet room. The air-conditioning and heat would also come on at random times despite me turning off it all off including the timer. So I was either boiling or freezing.
