Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, la atención es muy buena. La animación los chicos muy simpáticos y mi hijo se lo pasó en grande aunque podrían hacer más cosas.

Lo que no me gustó nada es encontrarnos cada día que queríamos ir a la piscina sin ni una hamaca, porque la gente se levanta a las 5am para poner las toallas aunque no toquen la piscina, y esto es inaceptable en un hotel de estas características, además de que la gran mayoría estaban rotas.

Absolutamente todo,desde la amabilidad,la comodidad de las camas ,la limpieza,la comida el todo incluido muy bueno ,animación para todas las edades, discoteca, karaoke,la playa no está en primera linea pero te pone autobús gratuito y las playas divinas .

Bueno q necesite algunas reformas en zonas comunes q no le dimos importancia y los cócteles de máquinas como en muchos hoteles .
