Perfekte Lage und gemütliches Zimmer
Pros:

Die Lage war perfekt. Man konnte die Stadt sehr gut entdecken und ist zu Fuß schnell an den wichtigsten Orten.
Das Zimmer war groß und gemütlich. Das Badezimmer sehr sauber und die Dusche hatte sehr guten Wasserdruck.

Pros:

Все было супер. Отзывчивый персонал, быстрый процесс заселения. Если что-то нужно было - мы спокойно могли это попросить у персонала. Локация отличная, рядом много основных достопримечательностей. Завтрак тоже полностью устроил :)

Pros:

The staff was polite and fairly professional, and I appreciated that they openly admitted their mistakes. The location is also very good for exploring the historical part of Istanbul.

Cons:

We had booked a Superior Room, but upon arrival, we were given a Standard Double. When we pointed this out, the staff acknowledged the mistake but said no Superior rooms were available for our first night, forcing us to stay in the Standard room. After reading other reviews mentioning that the hotel often upgrades guests upon arrival, I can't help but suspect our assigned room was given away to guests who had paid for a lower category.

The next morning around 9:00 AM, we were asked to move our belongings to the new room so they could prepare the old one for new guests. However, when we returned around 1:00 PM, we found our new room's door wide open with all our personal belongings inside, and the room was still uncleaned. We had to wait for them to clean it, which delayed our afternoon plans.

​To compensate us for these major inconveniences, the hotel offered a complimentary taxi to the airport for 9:00 AM on our departure day. However, when we checked out, no one at reception had any record of this agreement. We had to wait while they called a taxi on the spot, putting us behind schedule for our flight.

On a minor note, the TV did not work in either room, and the breakfast service schedule (8:30 AM – 10:30 AM) can be a bit late if you want to beat the crowds or have an early check-out.

​Overall, while the staff is polite and the location is great, these repeated lapses in organisation and basic safety mean this stay ultimately falls short of a passing grade.

Un bon séjour passé dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Bon emplacement des lieux touristiques , nous étions vraiment bien placé et tout pouvait se faire à pied.
Le personnel est serviable et sait nous informer quand nous en avions besoin

Pros:

La atencion por parte del personal fue excepcional, ademas de que la habitación era comoda y se encontraba bastante limpia, es un buen lugar para alojarte porque queda cerca de los sitios mas turisticos y esta muy bien comunicado con la linea de tren.

Hotel básico, bien situado cerca de la mezquita azul. Personal, muy amable y dispuesto. desayuno turco bueno Pocas opciones europeas

Cons:

Limpieza no del todo buena, humedades en la zona de la ducha, era necesario no mirar muy a fondo para no ver lo mal que estaba hecha la limpieza. Entiendo que el Hotel es de categoría inferior pero debería de estar perfectamente limpio y no lo estaba. Toallas sucias en dos ocasiones, aunque el personal muy amable me las cambió disculpándose

A pleasant stay with cooperative and helpful staff.
Pros:

We had a late check-in, and we were also given a free upgrade at the time of check-in upon our arrival. The staff was very cooperative and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to help. They assisted us multiple times, including with money exchange, which made our trip much easier. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Excellent séjour : upgrade offert, emplacement parfait, équipe adorable et parking disponible pendant nos 10 jours
Pros:

Nous avons passé 10 jours au Lalinn Hotel et nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits de notre séjour.

Nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être upgradés gratuitement, ce qui a été particulièrement apprécié. L’emplacement est tout simplement parfait pour visiter Istanbul, à quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites de Sultanahmet, tout en étant dans une rue relativement calme.

L’équipe est également un vrai point fort : très accueillante, disponible et sympathique, toujours prête à aider et à donner de bons conseils.

Autre énorme avantage pour nous : nous avons pu bénéficier d’une place de parking pendant toute la durée de notre séjour (10 jours). Pour quelqu’un qui vient à Istanbul en voiture, c’est un vrai luxe et cela nous a énormément facilité la vie.

Bref, un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésitation, avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix et une équipe vraiment agréable.

Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! 🇹🇷❤️

Pros:

Отличное месторасположение отеля, вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, уютный отель и номер. В Стамбуле останавливались на сутки и хотели успеть посмотреть как можно больше достопримечательностей. Все ожидания оправдались. Отдельное спасибо за организацию трансфера в аэропорт.
