A lovely place to stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location, about a 10 minute walk in to town centre. We stayed in a one bedroom apt and it was huge, easily the biggest I've stayed in.. comfortable bed. The breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

Cons:

The jacuzzi in the bathroom didn't work.
The little kitchenette had no crockery, cutlery, or anything to cook with, all there was were glasses, cups and teaspoons, despite there being a hob and oven.
The casino downstairs was just a few slot machines and bingo.
None of the above bothered me, but thought I would mention it for others.

Первая завтрак ниже среднего второе ресторан который на крыше обслуживания нормальное еда как в столовой третий когда мы спросили насчёт бассейна спа консьерж начала крутить и мучиться иначе говоря а ты 3,5 четыре звезды больше не тянет

Fine, but NOT 5 stars!
Pros:

Location-wise you are a 15-20 minute walk into the centre/Vitosha Boulevard. There is a Metro station just a couple of minutes up the street which if you take it 1 stop to Serdika (only 0.89¢) that saves 10/15 minutes of this walk.
Room was a good size (we were in room 410), and did seem relatively clean.
Breakfast was good - but is very much a continental breakfast so fussy eaters or people who like a "full English" will struggle.
Water pressure from shower was great.

Cons:

Struggled to find any staff anywhere in the evening! The bar is no longer in service so you cannot enjoy a drink in the evening at the hotel. The QR code for room service also does not work... It lets you place an order but then just eternally spins on "assigning your order to our kitchen staff".
The pool requires all users to wear a swimming cap which is an extra charge if you have not brought one.
Was excited to use jacuzzi bath in the room - but this did not work.
Water is not replaced each day - you only get 2 very small bottles on arrival. Coffee pods not replaced daily either.
Mattress felt old and was lumpy & saggy so not particularly comfortable at all.

I am not sure how this is classed as a 5 star hotel as advertised. At best, perhaps 3 stars. I wouldn't pay the price we did to stay there again, and probably wouldn't want to stay there again and would look at alternatives.

The hotel is excellent and comfortable , the rooms are spacios and clean , the staff is very kind and helpful the breakfast is good and compared to other hotels in Sofia the price is reasonable.The place is unique and is impossible to find something even similar in Sofia

On recommande cet hôtel pour visiter Sofia, nous en sommes ravis
Pros:

L’emplacement est vraiment top, les chambres sont spacieuses. Le personnel est sympathique et l’hôtel est très propre…
Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et très diversifié

Cons:

L’hôtel n’est pas super bien insonorisé 😳
Le sèche cheveux pourrais être changé pour un modèle plus performant😜
Et seul regret, nous n’avons pas eu accès à la piscine car il y avait un cours d’aquagym au moment où nous voulions nous y rendre après une journée de visite, on voulait juste se détendre… on nous a même pas proposé un sauna ou autre à la place …
