Excellent hotel, great location, great service and great food
Pros:

Service was excellent, especially Juan Luis on reception and the Hotel Manager.
Great location and good food in the restaurant (much improved on 2 years ago)

Cons:

Music in rooftop garden too loud, especially in the morning. Would prefer no music or soothing music in the morning and then increase for the bar in late afternoon

Excellent hotel, really friendly and helpful staff, good food in the restaurant and great location

Excellent location right in the heart of the Old Town, literally 2 minutes walk from the harbour, seafront and main shopping area

Cons:

Music in Rooftop Garden and pool was too loud in the mornings, would be better to have no music or soothing music in the mornings rather than nightclub music
