This hotel has 3 floors and no elevator. Guests who are unable to use the stairs may request a room on the ground floor. This service must be requested in advance and is subject to availability.

Although nüa giralda does not have parking facilities on site, there are some paid public car parks nearby. We do not have any kind of collaboration with any of them. As it is located in the historic center, access by car to the area can be difficult.

Since it is an old building with the characteristic and beautiful ‘Sevillian house’ architecture, there are interior rooms with direct ventilation to an interior courtyard or inside the building.

El detalle de tener el aire acondicionado encendido para mí llegada, en Sevilla a 37° a las 19h es de agradecer. El muchacho de la recepción súper simpático y agradable, las chicas que estaban por la mañana muy amables también. Se agradecen los pequeños detalles y una sonrisa

Para ponerme en contacto con el alojamiento fue muy complicado ya que me pasaban con un asistente virtual tuve que llamar muchísimas veces (el chico que después me llamó, súper agradable).
Nuestra puerta de habitación no abría, tuvimos que llamar a un número de asistencia 24h el par de veces que fuimos para que nos lo solucionase.
