Great hotel with everything you need
Pros:

The property is local to our home as we have cats 🐱so ideal for us - was the first stay as celebrating a birthday and will definitely be back - food and drink very good with good branded drinks for all inclusive 😊

بشكل عام كانت اقامة رائعة على الرغم لم تتجاوز مده الاقامة 12 ساعة لدواعي العمل ، اشكر جميع العاملين لحسن الاستقبال و المرونه في التعامل ، كما يوفر بوفية لجميع الوجبات ( تم استخدام وجبة العشاء و الافطار ) يوجد تنوع في الاصناف .
اطلاه الغرفة جميلة على المسبح وجزئي على البحر .

شكرا للجميع و ان شاء الله اكرر الزياره.

هناك ملاحظه واحدة وهي عدم توفر اتجاة القبلة في الغرفة.

-keine Antworten auf Fragen im Vorfeld
-kein kostenloser Shuttel (obwohl inklusive)
-keine Sauberkeit im Zimmer (vor allem im Badezimmer viel schwarzer Schimmel)
-Zimmertür mit daumenbreiten Schlitz unten
-Lüftungen verdreckt/verstopft
-Bettwäsche dreckig, Matratze durchgelegen
-Föhn funktionierte ca. 20 Sekunden, danach benötigte dieser eine Pause von mindestens 30 Sekunden
-TV stoppte alle 5 Minuten für ca. 10 Sekunden
-bei Beschwerden ans Management gab es keine Reaktion oder Veranlassung etwas zu reparieren
-nächtliche Putzaktionen mit sehr lauten Maschinen und Geschrei der Mitarbeiter um 03:00 Uhr Nachts
-ein Besuch beim hoteleigenen Fischrestaurant ergab eine Lebensmittelvergiftung
-MiniBar ohne Inhalt dafür leichter Schimmel
-Katzen und Krähen überall auf der Anlage, daher überall Vogelkacke und sehr laut

Solidan hotel s 3* koji bi mogao biti puno bolji kada bi se poradilo na ponudi hrane.
Pros:

Solidan hotel u smislu vrijednosti za novac. Definitivno nije hotel s 5* i osobno bih rekao da je riječ u solidnom hotelu s 3*. Čistoća je zadovoljavajuća, sobe su prostrane, a ambijent je ugodan. Bazeni za kupanje nisu pretrpani i dobro su održavani. Odličan internet.

Cons:

Ponuda hrane i raznovrsnost. Definitivno bi trebalo poraditi na ponudi hrane, pogotovo za doručak. Ponuda mesnih narezaka je očajna, praktički nepostojeća. Za ručak i večeru je uglavnom isti set jela, uz manje promjene.
