Już na dzień dobry przywitała nas na recepcji przemiła, cudowna i ciepła Maria. Jej podejście do klienta było niespotykanie ciepłe i wyjątkowe. Można by rzec, że to była taka mama hotelowa 🙂
To samo można powiedzieć o reszcie załogi, która przez cały pobyt była ciągle w pełnej gotowości. Dbali o czystość stolików, o szybką obsługę, podchodzili do klienta bardzo indywidualnie, ogromnym szacunkiem i empatią. Szczególnie dobrze wspominam cudownego przyjaciela Panikosa, który rozmawiał z klientami bardzo indywidualnie i wykazywał ogromne zainteresowanie. Była też Nisha, pełna energii, pomocna i otwarta. Zapamiętałam także Nishanta, który swoją pozytywną energią zarażał uśmiechem. Wszyscy, absolutnie wszyscy byli empatyczni i przemili, zawsze uśmiechnięci, profesjonalni i gotowi do pomocy we wszystkim.
Hotel wygląda na żywo bardzo estetycznie, stonowane kolory, wszystko czyściutkie i zadbane, detale dopracowane. Stanowi to piękną wizualną spójność i przyjemnie się w nim przebywa. Jest bardzo przytulny. Wszędzie panuje nienaganna czystość, pokoje są codziennie sprzątane. Panuje w nim bardzo spokojna atmosfera, z dala od tłumów i zgiełku, tak jakby się było poza resztą tłocznego miasta. Wieczorami można zrelaksować się w barze przy basenie, przy palmach i klimatycznej muzyce. Widok z pokoju Penthouse jest piękny!
Serdecznie polecam to miejsce wszystkim, którzy szukają spokojnego wypoczynku, z dala od tłumów i hałasu.

Cons:

Na pewno zastanowiłabym się nad tym, żeby w każdej części obiektu klimatyzacja działała trochę mocniej. Czasami było po prostu za ciepło, a większość gości z pewnością oczekuje ulgi po wejściu do hotelu z upału.

Location of the hotel is priceless, staff of the hotel really ensured great and comfortable stay. The food was delicious and all inclusive package had great offers. I would definitely come here again.

Cons:

Το είχα δει και σε πιο παλιό σχόλιο. Όντως, στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός ή δεν δουλεύει πολύ καλά.

Αυτό που μας δυσκόλεψε ήταν όταν θέλαμε μέσα στη μέρα να καθίσουμε για καφέ στα εξωτερικά τραπεζάκια. Καλό θα ήταν να μπουν ανεμιστήρες.

Το μπουφέ το μεσημέρι ή το βράδυ, κατά τη γνώμη μου, δεν αξίζει ιδιαίτερα.

Κάποια σημεία στα δωμάτια χρειάζονται βελτίωση!

Δεν ξέρω αν θα το επέλεγα ξανά, ωστόσο ήταν ευχάριστη διαμονή!

Найпривітніший персонал! Чудове розташування! З басейну прям в морюшко! Чудові сніданки!! Паркінг. Навіть після виїзду попіклувалися за нас , що можемо лишитись скільки потрібно і навіть скористатись спа комплексом та душем після моря!! Чудові враження! А саме головне немає орків!)🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦👍
