Pros:

Das Hotel hat meine Erwartungen erfüllt. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende Personal und die hervorragende Lage in einer kleinen Bucht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Am Pool sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden, am Strand kosten 2 Liegen und ein Schirm 10,-€ am Tag. Die Getränke an der Bar sind sehr gut und preislich angemessen. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Pros:

Jídla k snídani byl dostatek a skoro každý den bylo i prosecco. Personál je velmi milý, nejvíc ti, co nejsou Kypřané. Balkon v šestém patře, kde jsou prémiové pokoje, je vetěí než u těch běžných.

Cons:

Výběr jídel na snídani by mohl být častěji obměňován, po několika dnech je to jednotvárné. Džusy k snídani nejsou dobré. Více ramínek a věšáků na šaty v pokoji by bylo fajn.

Couples' holiday in Cyprus
Pros:

Let me start by saying that I'm a travel agent with extensive experience, have seen many hotels, and know exactly what a good 4-star hotel should be like. I'll start from the beginning: the location was wonderful, especially in late April, thanks to the lagoon, where you could swim comfortably. Outside the hotel, shops, excellent restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities are all nearby. The hotel staff is superbly trained, very polite and helpful. The breakfast is also beyond reproach, with something for every taste and preference. I'd especially like to mention the bed's comfort – the mattress and pillows were very soft and comfortable; we slept like we were at home. I'd also like to point out that for a 4-star hotel, they have a wonderful spa complex: a well-equipped gym, two excellent saunas, and a small but well-equipped pool with tea service.

Cons:

One of the downsides I'd especially like to point out is that if you're a non-smoker, you're bound to miss this hotel. The smell of cigarettes was everywhere, both near the pool and even in your room if you didn't close the balcony door in time. I understand this isn't the hotel's fault, but rather a problem across Europe, but the hotel's concept is primarily to cater to smoking guests. I wasn't able to see other room types because the hotel was fully booked, but the standard room was a bit small for me. I was also surprised by the complete lack of wall clocks throughout the hotel. Perhaps this is part of the hotel's relaxation concept, but I personally missed the clocks in the gym and at reception. The spa complex near the small pool only offers black tea; I think it would be nice to add green and herbal teas to the tea set—that would better fit the hotel's health concept.

Pros:

Lage, Zimmer, Pool, Strand und Personal. Alles top. Sauber und modern. Wir hatten auch einen schönen Überblick aus dem 6. Stock mit Meersicht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, dennoch ist das Zentrum von Agia Napa zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Parkplätze kostenlos sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Cons:

Wenn man etwas verbessern möchte, dann ist es die Qualität des Frühstücks. Man kann alles essen und es ist auch sauber und frisch, das Personal sehr bemüht, aber hier wäre noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Pros:

This has been one of the best places we have ever stayed at!
The hotel is very clean, the staff are highly professional and friendly.
The location is perfect as well — just 2 minutes from a cute and quiet beach.
Our reservation included breakfast, and everything we tried was really delicious.
We are already looking forward to coming back!

Pros:

Wonderful stay! The staff were extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to give us useful information. Breakfast had a very good variety with plenty of tasty options every morning. The location is great, only 10 minutes walking distance to the bus station and close to a lovely small beach with crystal clear water. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.
