The good points: the location is excellent as is the breakfast. The air conditioning was great and the bed was very comfortable. The noise from the bars didn't bother us greatly. The things that need improvement: the water pressure in the shower and bathroom taps was very poor, the tv didn't work because it had no aerial cable (this was reported twice before a very young man who clearly had no idea what to do fixed it eventually), the sealant/filler around the shower was put on by a blind man it seemed. Our room (22) was very small, had no balcony or fridge and nowhere to dry anything. We had no issues with the lift being slow. At the end of the day, you pay cheap, you get average which is fair enough. The place needs some TLC

Obiekt jest bardzo blisko plaży. Pokoje sprzątane każdego dnia, ręczniki wymieniane na życzenie. W pokoju żelazko, czajnik, suszarka. Menu śniadaniowe ubogie, ale smaczne, pyszna kawa. Obsługa hotelowa miła.
Hałas. Mieliśmy pokój na 7 piętrze i nad nami był bar czynny do 3 rano. Każdej nocy krzyki. Nie mogliśmy spać przez cały tydzień. Do tego prosiliśmy o pokój z balkonem. Dostaliśmy bez i mieliśmy ogromny problem z suszeniem garderoby plażowej. Brak choćby małej lodóweczki. Hotel jest na rynku, który każdego wieczoru zamienia się „pekiński targ”.
La ubicacion, céntrico y junto a la playa y la amabilidad y disposicion de los trabajadores.
Habitacion un poco pequeña, y muy basica en cuanto a armarios y espacio para almacenamiento de ropa. Me faltó que hubiera algun cajón y el armario al no tener puertas esta todo a la vista.

I have been a guest in this hotel three times because of its good location, the beach is 100 m away and the center of the old town itself as well.
The problem is poor insulation and a lot of noise at night and every morning early you can hear the emptying of glass from the container.

Terrific central location in Old Town Benidorm. 1 minute from the beach. Amazing A/C, superb full breakfast (included). Rooftop bar has awesome views over the whole beach. 24 hour reception and bar service if required. Very reasonable prices for July. Easy 10/10.

The location is fantastic. Extremely polite staff. Exceptionally clean. Fantastic air conditioning which was absolutely needed in the July heat. Lovely rooftop bar. Really tasty breakfast. Couldn’t have asked for more.

La televisión no cogió ningún canal ... el encargado de mantenimiento vino para repararla pero no pudo hacer nada por que el problema parece ser de la antena . La taza del baño estaba rota y pegaba golpes fuertes al bajarse . Desconchones en las paredes y la ducha sin manpara. Le hace falta una reforma...
Me gustó que el personal fuera muy servicial, el desayuno fuera abundante y que se pudiera elegir entre varias opciones.
La zona era un poco ruidosa, ya que este alojamiento se encuentra en la parte de fiesta del casco antiguo, pero quien viene precisamente por eso no debería quejarse.
Los hombres del personal tenían una apariencia especialmente agradable y eran muy respetuosos.
La verdad es que habría sido genial pasar al menos una semana más allí…
El constante ruido de botellas era horrible; muchas veces, por la noche, los locales cercanos vaciaban sus contenedores llenos de vidrio, lo que provocaba un estruendo enorme.
El ascensor era increíblemente lento y estaba muy mal ventilado; cada vez que lo usaba, sentía como si el tiempo se detuviera.
