Weekend stay
Pros:

Very close to the waterfront precinct so handy to restaurants and pools. A short walk from the centre of town too.

A mixed experience
Pros:

The view, access to the convention centre where my conference was, the layout of the apartment. The free bottle of red and message in a card from the establishment was a welcome surprise.

Cons:

The bathroom was in desperate need of an upgrade, discolored grout, having to climb into a bath to shower, pump containers of soap, etc., in need of a clean, hair dryer that was on the verge of dying, a replaced toilet seat that was the wrong size and kept slipping to the side, music from nearby facilities that went until 2am making it impossible to sleep, no instructions for operating the cooktop or oven, no advice on direct dial numbers for reception or restaurant. Considering the cost I would have expected much better.

Will be back!!
Pros:

This is our preferred hotel in Darwin. As locals, we highly recommend it; the rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable. We will certainly be returning in the future.

Cons:

I believe that, as locals, we should be provided with a special territory rate, or a complimentary buffet brekky.

Served a purpose as a 2 night base. Was comfortable
Pros:

Clean and comfortable bed. Enough towels etc

Cons:

No water in the fridge. No mini bar price list to know how much item were. View of the car park. Small room for 3 beds. Only 1 teaspoon provided. Kettle didn’t fit under tap. Hate instant coffee. Room service 3rd daily. I believe it is the little luxuries that make the difference for the cost we paid per night

Cons:

The first room we were given access to had not been serviced from the previous guest, although the welcome card and complimentary bottle of wine was correctly addressed. When alerted the reception staff member Mula?? arranged for immediate reallocation of a clean room ready for guests.

The new room whilst much cleaner was still a little lacking in cleanliness, especially in the bathroom.

Pros:

Proximity to waterfront activities and Darwin Festival. View from the room was good. Lots of good local restaurants.

Cons:

Oven was very fierce even on low temperature and burnt things. Dial on hob was broken. Couldn't turn off fan in bedroom so kept us awake some nights. Kitchen bin wasn't emptied daily so got smelly and had to request it to be emptied.

Pros:

Extremely noisy. Can't have balcony door open or sit on balcony because of all the noise coming from the bar next to the balcony.
3 star accom at best. Over priced

Very expensive for a underwhelming room and space
Pros:

Location for waterfront and arts fair

Cons:

The price did not equal the value - our room was right around the back - long walk from the lifts - very expensive time of the year to stay here - we choose it due to being so close to arts fair
