Отличное расположение: Отель находится в очень удобном и удачном месте.
​Приветливый персонал: На ресепшене и в ресторане работают вежливые и приятные сотрудники, готовность помочь оставляет хорошее впечатление.
​Десерты: В ресторане был прекрасный и разнообразный выбор вкусных сладостей во время приемов пищи.
​Чистота посуды для еды: Тарелки и столовые приборы в ресторане всегда были вымыты качественно.

Cons:

Качество уборки в номерах: За все 7 дней пребывания полноценная уборка (мытье полов) в номере так и не проводилась — ограничивались только заменой полотенец и пополнением туалетных принадлежностей. На 3-й день пришлось взять швабру в коридоре и самим подмести мусор к двери, но этот мусор пролежал под дверью в коридоре вплоть до самого отъезда.
​Чистота в общих зонах: В один из вечеров в лобби-баре что-то пролили; грязь и липкие следы разнесли по всему холлу, лифту и вплоть до 3-го этажа, а уборку провели только к вечеру следующего дня.
​Посуда для напитков: Стаканы и чашки в ресторане часто были грязными или имели неприятный запах. Чтобы налить напиток, приходилось перебирать около десятка стаканов в поисках чистого.
​Качество и разнообразие питания:
​Меню однообразное, блюда каждый день повторялись.
​Заметна переработка несъеденных блюд с предыдущих приемов пищи.
​Попадалась курица с неприятным запахом, блюда из рубленого мяса в куриной кожице, а также запеченные крылья с остатками перьев.
​Обслуживание в баре: Бармены вели себя неадекватно. Особенно хочется отметить бармена Матвея — он абсолютно не понимал свои обязанности и не мог нормально выполнить элементарные просьбы гостей.

Pros:

Cazare, mâncare și băuturi ok. Managerul de nota 200, ne a întâmpinat la sosire, ne a îndrumat spre parcare și am primit camerele la ora 12.

Не ми хареса стаята на последен етаж нямаше тераса като отворих прозорците и хлебарките чакаха да ни нахлуят стаята не беше лоша само имаше по ъглите на стените паяжина и на кухнята в мивката чакаше хлебарка .Не бих го посетил втори път разочарован съм ол инклюзив не беше както пише в Воoking сауни мауни масажи нямаше дори фитнес залата беше заключена

Меня очень разачеровала кухня а точнее антисанитария, грязная посуда, вилки, стаканы, кружки. Мы получили с детьми пищев

Находится в удобном месте. Не далеко от моря.

Cons:

Кухня. Была грязная посуда. Еда была порой не свежая. Дефицит в вилках. Из постоянно не хватало как и кружек для чая или кофе. Приходилось постоянно просить у персонала. Вся посуда была не домыта. Вилки, ложки, стаканы и отпечатками губ.
