It was absolutely worth to stay at this hotel
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location was just perfect, all around supermarkets and restaurants, beach was near and clean.

Cons:

the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant and memorable , so nothing to complain about

Good value for money!
Pros:

Location, clean, spacious room. Friendly stuff.

Cons:

Lack of soap and lack of kitchen cleaning utensils. Room is looking at street, so it gets noisy,specially during night.

Locatia. A fost relativ curat. Statie de autobuz in fața locației.

Cons:

Totul in interior este foarte vechi. Nu exista nici macar un televizor. La etaj este extrem de cald, aerul condiționat este contra cost 5€/zi si nu cred ca filtrul a fost inlocuit vreodata (in interior era negru). Adăugând costul pe zi pt AC si o mica diferență as rezerva alta cazare cu facilități mai bune.

all in all, for the money we paid, we are satisfied, but it would not be bad to invest a little in renovation

the apartments look very old and it seems that no investment has been made in renovations since they were built

Do najbliższej plaży plaży 5 min pieszo, basen otwarty od 8 do 22, bar na miejscu, kilka sklepów dookoła jeden 24/7 stosunek jakości do ceny wychodzi bardzo dobrze, codziennie zabierane śmieci z pokoju

Pokoje trochę przestarzałe stare meble i sprzęt kuchenny, łazienka ok łóżka w jednym pokoju wygodne z materacami ale w drugim już twarde dorosły mógł by mieć tam problem ale ponoć można dostać dodatkowy materac, brak odkurzacza/zmiotki, sprzątanie było raz podczas tygodniowego pobytu, jako baza wypadowa jak najbardziej się nadaje

Pros:

Lage - sehr gut: Nah zum Bushaltestelle, Strand und Einkaufmöglichkeiten
Strand - 5 min. zu Fuß bis zum Sandy Bay Strand

Cons:

Möbel ist nicht im guten Zustand, zu wenig Geschirr und fast keine Ablagen im Badezimmer

Mini pokoje,mini sprchový kout, plíseň ve skříní, scházela mi tam lednice a varná konvice s kávou,jídlo bylo přes ulici v restaurací.Snidaně skvělý výběr ale z večeře v polopenzí nebylo z čeho vybírat.večeře je z jídelního lístku a velice slabá.

Great budget place to stay just outside Ayia Napa
Pros:

Great location - near many lovely beaches and restaurants
The room was basic, but very large! Beds were comfy! Also had a large lounge room with a kitchen.

Cons:

You had to pay for air conditioning and there were no toiletries provided at all - even hand soap
