מלון במיקום מעולה, ממש בלב העיר, ארוחת בוקר מספקת, מיטות נוחות , צוות הקבלה היה נחמד מאד ומנסה לעזור במה שמבקשים.

בניין רב קומות עם מעלית אחת, דבר שיכול לגרום לעומס בשעות השיא. היתה לנו טיסת לילה ביום העזיבה אז ביקשנו אם אפשר קצת לאחר בצ'ק אאוט אז פה לא כך כך באו לקראתנו...סך הכל מלון טוב

This is a truly excellent hotel in the very heart of the city. It has a beautiful, elegant, and bright design, exceptionally friendly staff, and an outstanding breakfast featuring Balkan specialties such as savory pies (börek), homemade jams, pancakes, as well as a wide variety of international dishes.
My room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Although it overlooked the city's main and very busy street, the windows were of outstanding quality, providing almost complete silence inside. It felt as peaceful as a sanatorium.
This is a modern, high-tech hotel designed with guests' comfort in mind, located just a few steps from Skanderbeg Square.

Cons:

I was asked to pay in cash, which I did not particularly like.

Pros:

De locatie is geweldig. Dichtbij het Skanderbegplein en de bushaltes die je o.a. naar de kabelbaan brengen. In de straat zijn meerdere restaurants en winkels. Het is fijn dat je op het terrein van het hotel gratis kan parkeren.
