Friendly, convenient, warm sea water, easy to swim, not too shallow, excellent sea food!
Pros:

The hotel is close to the sea with a nice outdoor restaurant. The beach guard is very helpful, friendly, and provides security. Breakfast is fresh, with a good coffee, and fruits. The parking is convenient and safe. Host and staff are helpful and friendly.

Cons:

I would add one rail from the hotel entrance to the first landing.

La posizione della struttura è fantastica: la spiaggia è bella e il ristorante sul mare offre ottimo pesce fresco. È davvero un peccato perché, con qualche accorgimento in più e una maggiore cura dell’ospite, potrebbe essere un albergo eccellente.

Purtroppo ci sono stati diversi aspetti che non mi hanno soddisfatto. Al mio arrivo mi sono stati richiesti 20 € in più rispetto alla prenotazione e, chiedendo spiegazioni, mi è stato risposto che il problema dipendeva dalle commissioni bancarie. Ho trovato la situazione poco trasparente.

Durante il soggiorno le camere non sono mai state pulite. In terrazza ho trovato un uccellino morto da tempo e lo stendino presente era completamente rotto e inutilizzabile. Dopo aver chiesto la sostituzione mi è stato detto che sarebbe stato cambiato, ma alla fine ho dovuto portarlo io stesso alla reception.

Non ho apprezzato nemmeno il fatto che il proprietario si sia lamentato con il personale delle pulizie davanti agli ospiti: sarebbe preferibile una maggiore presenza nella gestione e un controllo più attento della struttura.

Anche la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: è quasi esclusivamente salata, mentre la parte dolce si limita a marmellate monodose confezionate. La frutta, inoltre, viene servita in porzioni molto sottili.

Ribadisco che il luogo ha davvero tanto potenziale, ma a volte si ha la sensazione che le richieste degli ospiti vengano vissute come un fastidio. Con una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli e all’accoglienza, questa struttura potrebbe diventare una meta eccellente.

Absolute Top Lage direkt am eigenen Strand, ruhig und normal im Vergleich zu den Bettenburgen. Sehr netter Gastgeber, äußerst aufmerksames Personal, Top Service und sehr gutes Essen im Restaurant / Terrasse. Frühstück landesüblich und völlig ausreichend. Der Chef fährt täglich selbst zur See und holt morgens den Fang frischer Fische ein.

We had a lovely stay. It was great that the property is so close to the sea, and we could also use the sunbeds. There is a restaurant on-site and many others nearby, and the surroundings are quiet. The staff were very friendly.

Excellent quiet location a few miles south of Vlore at the end of the road. My room had an awesome sea view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom decent enough. Staff were helpful and the included breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hotel is pretty basic but it gets the job done. You really need a car to get to the location.

Pros:

We stayed in Alba-Gert in the month of May. Hearthtuching. The hotel is just in front of the Sea. We could see the Sea from our bed and there Is a beautiful Little terrace with chairs in the room in Witch we can Watch the sea, the beach, and the astonishing landscape.
The staff of the hotel opened is heart to us. The morning at 5 he got offshore with his boat to fish, preparing for us delitious fish for lunch.
The owner and his family are ready to help and very respectful of the time of the guests, available to share the culture and the beauties of the place. The days we where there it was also raining a bit, we visited the archeological park and also without swimming we enjoyed the facilitises of the hotel ON the beach, amacas, gazebos, a beautiful and clean bay for the guests.

Velmi hezká lokalita i hezky udělané.

Cons:

Hotel uvádí parkování přímo v areálu hotelu. Z hotelu jsme ráno v den příjezdu obdrželi dvě zprávy jak se k hotelu dostat, kudy jet a že parkování je přímo v hotelu. Bohužel po příjezdu na místo byla cesta uzavřená. Kontaktovali jsme telefonem majitele který nám neustále opakoval, že za to nemůže, že od 1.5.2026 jsou nová bezpečnostní opatření, podotýkám, že jsme zde byli 8.5.2026, a že vjezd je možný mezi 18 -19 hod. Museli jsme tedy auto ponechat na placeném parkovišti. Po přîchodu do ubytování majitel byl trochu arogantní a na naši námitku, že by na skutečnost nemožnosti vjezdu k ubytování měl upozornit předem ( v sms zprávě) namítl, že za to nemůže. Takže upozornění pro budoucí hosty - vjezd s autem k ubytování je možný POUZE mezi 18-19 hod, výjezd do 10:30!!!!
