la localisation tres centrale avec divers magasin autour
le parking meme difficle d'acces c'est tres utile

salle de bain hors d'age, vieille baignoire, systeme de vmc proche du bruit d'une tondeuse et sale , pas de lumiere sur miroir, joints moisis
clim qui ne fait aucun froid elle sert de ventilo, et devrait etre dépoussiérée

Très bon séjour pour découvrir la merveilleuse île de Madère.
Pros:

Personnel très sympathique, ménage régulier et très bon emplacement. Tout ça pour un prix très correct
