Très bon emplacement et très fonctionnel

L’emplacement , la gentillesse du personnel, l’espace du studio avec cuisine, le parking

Good location in walking distance to center and beach and also good for day trips over the Island.

Very clean with every day rook cleaning.

Cons:

Nothing actualy.

Pros:

Personnel adorable. Emplacement au top ! Très propre. Parking inclus très pratique.

Cons:

Appartement donnant sur la rue avec beaucoup de circulation. Et événement festif juste en face donc des jeunes restent parfois la nuit à discuter et rire sur le trottoir d’en face. Et on les entend, même fenêtres fermées.

Bonne adresse à moins de 15 mns à pied du centre ville
Pros:

Personnel accueillant et très sympa pour tout renseignement. Etablissement très bien placé (en face du casino) car à moins de 15 mns à pied du centre de Funchal et donc un peu loin des bruits du centre ville. Appartement fonctionnel et propre.

Pros:

Location good, fairly central, daily towel changes, staff excellent, balcony, air-conditioning in bedroom

Cons:

Very old, needs updating especially bathroom and kitchen. My booking had said balcony but we didn't get one- they moved is the following day but said a balcony had to be requested.

Personal muy amable, nos ayudaron en todo lo necesario, nos dieron recomendaciones de que visitar y tips. Limpieza diaria del apartamento.
Buena ubicación con respecto al centro.

Cons:

Tuvimos la mala suerte de tener un festival en el parque de enfrente y pese a tener las ventanas cerradas hasta la 1 había bastaba ruido. Cuando se acabó la fiesta, otros alojados hablando sin parar pese a las llamadas de atención.
El parking muy pequeño, con la puerta de la calle siempre abierta pero acceso cerrado hacia el apartamento por la noche por lo que al madrugar había que salir por la calle a coger el coche. Pese a reservar el parking un dia no pudimos aparcar.

Appartement très bien situé à 10min du centre. Très spacieux ! Accueil au top, et très beau jardin en face.
Je recommande!

Cons:

Ventilation de la salle de bain très bruyante, parking très exigu, et quelques soucis avec les équipement de la salle de bain

Magnifique expérience in Madeira
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'établissement Apartamentos Turisticos Avenue Park.
La résidence est très bien située, près de tous commerces, restaurants et du centre ville accessible à pied en 15/20 mn.
Les appartements et espaces d'accueil sont très propres, spacieux et offrent tous les services.
Un grand MERCI à Miguel et Davide pour leur un accueil très professionnel, leurs bons conseils et leur aide pour me garer dans le parking !

Super location en centre ville
Pros:

Superbe établissement avec ça situation à 10 minute à pied du centre de funchal. Le logement est de tout confort. Parking compris dans la location.
Le patron, qui parle français, est très agréable, avec de très bons conseils. Le personnel est au top. Quoi de mieux pour passer de bonne vacances à madere.
