スタッフが親しみがあって話しやすい
朝食が美味しい。(無料ではなく一定金額のバウチャー)
レストランからの眺めが最高

Cons:

ホテルのせいではないけどホテル周りが石畳でスーツケース転がすのが大変
入口が分かりにくく、レストラン側に行ってしまいました。

Stay here for an iconic Lucerne visit.
Pros:

Loved the location by Chapel Bridge. The staff were eager to ensure my comfort. The breakfast was excellent and served with elegance.

Cons:

Would have liked air-conditioning during those especially hot July days. I appreciated that there was a fan in my room. It helped a lot.

Nós fizeram reservar um quarto adicional para nosso filho de 9 anos, que dorme na cama conosco. O quarto era extremamente quente, diferente da foto no momento da reserva. A janela era menor, a disposição do quarto inadequada e o banheiro mais apertado. Convertamos na recepção mas fomos informados que não haveria nada a ser feito. Atendimento no restaurante com má vontade.

The best location. The best staff. See if you can avoid a heatwave.

There was a heatwave and the lack of air conditioning was unfortunate. The fridge was small. Neither would be a problem in the cold weather.
