Great place to stay. Very close to the Chapel Bridge
Pros:

Did not get breakfast

Cons:

A/C. But there was unexpected heat.
Night receptionist was not very helpful.

Pros:

Dinner was excellent and our server. Front desk was nice and rooms felt clean. Close to the train station and a beautiful view!

Cons:

Needed AC, was very hot during our stay. The pub downstairs was very loud having to have the windows open.

Top Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück ab 07.30 jederzeit möglich

Cons:

Leider keine Hotel- Parkplätze, Auto muss in einer überteuerten Garage (Hotel Schweizerhof) abgestellt werden. 18 Stunden Fr. 65.-! Das nächste Mal mit Sbb 1 Kl. nach Luzern.

Great stay ( no air conditioning as old building)
Pros:

Great location in a beautiful building. The room was lovely even though small and a great clean bathroom.

Cons:

We received breakfast vouchers however it was still expensive. The breakfast was lovely though and the location amazing!

the vibe at the hotel was fantastic!! Al fresco dining all around, in the heart of old town, right across the lovely bridge! 10/10. owner was celebrating wife's birthday the day I arrived, so had to wait for checkin but gladly did so! everything was fantastic, including the room with the windows opening in the hall

Servizio molto attento, in multi lingue e si adattano a parlare anche lentamente per meglio far comprendere al cliente. Camera meravigliosa, pulita, con vista sul vecchio ponte. Colazione super servizievole, anche su richieste senza lattosio e privi di grassi ^_^ Staff molto disponibile.

Bon emplacement!!!
Par rapport à la gare et les activités de la ville.
Belle vue sur le lac, montagnes, pont couvert.

Cons:

Chambre très chaude malgré une température plutôt basse. Impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres dû aux nombreux moustiques.
Pas de climatisation donc peu recommandé en été malgré une vue formidable……
Très sommaire pour un petit déjeuner compris.
