Ein perfekter Kurzaufenthalt.
Pros:

Exzellenter Aufenthalt in Luzern, hervorragend gelegen. Parken im nahen Parkhaus am Bahnhof sehr weit und prima fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfreich. Wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf die Alpen und die Kapellbrücke - man kann einfach am Fenster stehen und den Blick bewundern. Das Frühstück (mit Gutschein) im hoteleigenen Restaurant ist hervorragend und hat auch leckere Schweizer Optionen.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, also eigentlich nichts. Ggf. könnte die Anfahrt ins Parkhaus am Hauptbahnhof gegenüber auf der Hotelwebseite kurz erläutert werden.

One of our favourite hotels for a city break in Luzern.
Pros:

We returned here after staying one night on a short holiday. Again, uniformly excellent experience. Great location. And the view from the room - just amazing! The Swiss breakfast is great, too!

Cons:

Nothing comes to mind.

Was okay but next time will pay attention to whether the room has AC
Pros:

Conveniently located to train station, old town Lucerne, lots of restaurants, the lake. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

No air conditioning and the weather was hot and humid. Ceiling fan would have been nice. Wasn't an outlet next to the bed.

Cons:

The lady at the reception desk named Sara has no customer service skills. She was rude and too busy "dealing with an issue" to be bothered with me. On the other hand, Hannah was very helpful and kind, always smiling. She was excellent!

Beautiful hotel, but you definitely pay big for the location!
Pros:

The location was amazing! Beautiful views and located near shops and restaurants.

Cons:

It was very hot!! Also it was really loud outside late at night and early in the morning. Not very relaxing.

Not my first stay there and not my last, either.
Pros:

Had stayed there before and will do so again. Staff without exception absolutely delightful. Late & flexible breakfast arrangements (as per their website); late regular checkout time. Perfect location for both hotel itself and its riverside restaurant.

Cons:

Late-night self check-in (23 h) complicated and unreliable for a newcomer.

Prachtige view
Pros:

De View en dat toen ik aan de receptie vertelde dat het te warm is,ze gelijk een 2de ventilator voor me bracht. Jammergenoeg maakte hij zoveel lawaai dat ik hem uit moest zetten. Wou de buren niet storen

Airco in de kamer,het was zo warm in de kamer dat ik bijna niet kon slapen. Niet eens de 2de ventilator hielp

I didn’t like the fact that the maid STOLE MY CLOTHES ‼️🤬 My irreversible rain coat that I loved, my beautiful cream color linen jacket, my black very very expensive sun dress, and a brand new white shirt that I never got to wear!!!! The front desk woman denied that anything was wrong! I was extremely upset!!! And I will not give a good review for this because NO ONE EVEN CARED🤷‍♀️ This is very bad hospitality and customer service ‼️😡🤬🤬
