Pros:

그린델발트에서 기차를 놓치게 되어 체크인을 걱정하고 있을때 호텔측에서 전화를 주셔서 너무 반가웠고, 늦은 밤 셀프 체크인을 할수있도록 친절하게 도와주셔서 무척 감사했습니다.
예약할때 기대했던것보다 더 뷰가 아름다웠고, 방 크기는 2명이 캐리어 2개 펼쳐놓고 이용하기에 불편함 없이 적당했습니다.
또 채광이 좋아 밝은편이고 청결한 관리가 되어있어서 마지막 스위스 여정을 편안하게 휴식하며 마무리할수 있었습니다.

Cons:

우리가 묵었던 날 밤에는 더운줄 몰랐으나 다음날 아침부터 햇살이 강하고 더웠는데 조식 먹고 오니 날개없는 선풍기를 켜놓아 주셨어요.
에어컨은 없었지만 방에 오래 머물지않아서 그럭저럭 괜찮았습니다.
조식 식당은 호텔밖으로 나가서 옆건물에 있었는데 불편하다면 불편하지만 매우 가까웠습니다.
조식 크레딧 18CHF와 같은 가격의 메뉴는 여러가지 빵과 잼, 커피로 구성되어있는데 개인적으로 별로였고 조금 돈을 지불하더라도 다른 메뉴를 잘 선택해서 드시는걸 추천합니다.

A good location
Pros:

The location of the property was excellent. It was in easy reach of ferries and points of interest.

Cons:

The hotel is tired. There is no air conditioning and at 30+ degrees it was very uncomfortable.

Elegant hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The location is outstanding, right next to Chapel Bridge and only a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it incredibly easy to explore Lucerne on foot. My room was spacious, spotless, and had a classic, elegant style that matched the charm of the city. Although there was no air conditioning, the fan worked very well and kept the room comfortable even during the warmer days. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant voucher was a nice extra that I really appreciated.

Overall: I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Lucerne. Its fantastic location, spacious and elegant rooms, and welcoming atmosphere make it an excellent choice for anyone visiting the city.

Cons:

The price is on the higher side, although that's understandable given the unbeatable location. Other than that, I honestly didn't have any major complaints.

Pros:

Location of hotel was fantastic. Our room was a little small, but that was our choice in selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast option was great for us as well.

Cons:

We would probably choose a bigger room on a future visit, but we did enjoy our stay at this hotel.

A lovely room with a balcony overlooking the bridge, but the heat and insects made it uncomfortable.
Pros:

Hotel des Alpes gave me a very good room with a balcony overlooking the bridge.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the weather was hot and the room had only a fan. I tried leaving the windows open, but the insects made that impractical. Air conditioning or insect screens would have made the stay much more comfortable.

Pros:

Beautiful hotel and the kindest staff. The room was small, as are most older European hotels. There is no A/c but the window at night with the fan provided did work. The view from the balcony was amazing and you overlook chapel bridge and the river. The restaurant was very good and they provided credit which was perfect. I would stay here again when in Lucerne.
