Pros:

We were a group of five adults. Loved the location and the hotel’s restaurant. We all agreed that the only downside was the size of our rooms. Everything else was great including the comfort of the bed, the shower etc and the staff kept it all very clean. Given its price point we would certainly recommend.

Great location on the water. Easily walkable from train station. Clean hotel and friendly staff.

location is nice; the view form the room was nice;

Cons:

no Ac and the fan did not help much- with windows open, it takes a little while to cool down; they have a newer complex nextdoor but we were in the older part
i felt it was pricey but then in switzerland everything seems pricey

Highly recommended
Pros:

Great location, a very clean room with a lovely balcony, and incredibly welcoming and supportive staff. The hotel restaurant is also excellent, with a great variety of food. I absolutely loved my stay!

A friendly, comfortable and spotless hotel with a very scenic location in the old town.
Pros:

The location is perfect: right in amongst the old town, on the river, next to the covered bridge, with outside tables for a very scenic breakfast. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was modern and very clean.

Cons:

The lack of air conditioning meant that the room was quite hot at night. There was a fan, which helped, but did not completely address the issue.

Good Hotel
Pros:

初めてのスイス旅行の、最後の宿泊先に選びました。
Luzern駅から徒歩圏内、カペル橋のすぐ側（バルコニーからも見える）という、とても良いロケーションでした。
ホテルのスタッフも親切で、チェックイン時に周辺の地図を見せて、色々を教えてくれました。
部屋は広く、１泊だけでしたがリラックスすることができました。
朝食はついていませんでしたが、一定額のバウチャーがもらえて、それをつかえば１回にあるレストランで
朝食を安価で食べることができました。
またLuzernに行くことがあれば、滞在先の候補にしたいと思います。

Cons:

（ホテルのせいではないかもしれませんがLuzern　Cardが届かなかったことが残念でした）

Very enjoyable beautiful city of Lucern
Pros:

Great location close to station, lovely view overlooking the Lakeland wooden bridge and scenery

Cons:

Because off hot weather the room was very hot, no A/C, so left the window open for air, and of course then it was noisy from people on the street.

Enjoyable stay in a prime. It busy area

Waterfront view. nice rooms.
Very attentive and helpful staff.

Cons:

Some noise from restaurants below along the river. Not bad.
Room gets very hot even with a fan.
Understandable when Lucerne temps get to 90F.
