During the summer season, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to Port Aventura World. Pues me gustó el trato del personal del hotel
Las sábanas del hotel fatal la peste que tenían además 2 días el aire acondicionado roto y nos dieron la historia que estaba arreglado temperatura de 38 grados una mierda de habitación lo peores hoteles que estado es una mierda 0 puntuación
Hemos pasado un fin de semana en pareja en el Hotel Ponient Dorada Palace de Salou y la experiencia ha sido muy buena. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas, la habitación era amplia, cómoda y estaba muy limpia. El personal fue amable y atento en todo momento, haciendo que la estancia resultara muy agradable.
El desayuno ofrecia bastante variedad y la calidad de la comida nos pareció muy buena. Además, la ubicación del hotel es excelente, ya que permite llegar caminando tanto a la playa como a Portaventura.
Sin duda, ha sido una escapada perfecta para desconectar y disfrutar de unos días de descanso. Es un hotel que recomendaríamos tanto para parejas como para familias, y al que nos gustaría volver en el futuro.
La atención, desayuno y ubicación
Una de las camas (sofa cama) era un poco incomoda, pero no opaca todo lo bueno que tiene
Lo mejor del Hotel es el personal. No se puede ser más atentos y serviciales.
Los horarios de las comidas son amplios y adecuados. La organización del comedor está muy bien, no hay esperas a pesar de que hay muchos huéspedes.
Las piscinas están muy bien y los apartamentos tambien.
El funcionamiento del Wiffi, mal.
Mejorable:
El buffet, por el precio de la estancia, podría ser más variado y más saludable.
Las normas se han relajado mucho, en las piscinas, por ejemplo, falta control para que se respete lo que se indica como obligatorio.
La animación nocturna ha pasado a ser en el
Interior, cuando en el exterior hay un espacio adecuado y la temperatura acompaña.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel.
L'accueil a été chaleureux et tout le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant et disponible.
L'emplacement est idéal : tout est à proximité, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. La navette pour PortAventura et nous étions à 5/10min a pied du centre ville et de la plage
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et varié. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le buffet du soir, qui propose un large choix de plats de qualité. Le système de buffet est très pratique et convivial.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter et y reviendrons avec plaisir !
Le seul point négatif concerne le comportement de certains clients. Dès 7 h du matin, des enfants courent dans les couloirs en criant, sans que leurs parents interviennent. Cela peut être dérangeant pour les personnes qui souhaitent se reposer. Un rappel des règles de savoir-vivre ou une plus grande vigilance sur le respect du calme serait appréciable.
L’appartement était grand bien agencé avec une belle vue sur Ferrari land, la literie était confortable, et le buffet du petit déjeuner était top
Nous étions dans un appartement, nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises de la vaisselle pour le logement.
