Todo genial la verdad, el hotel muy familiar, la piscina con tobogán esta muy bien y los jacuzzi, el personal genial super amables las animaciones muy bien nos gustó mucho la verdad

En el comedor tienen algunos detalles cutres
1. La comida tiene poca variedad, y mucha bollería industrial
2. Las bebidas no están incluidas y ni siquiera ofrecen agua filtrada en las comidas, para que tengas que pedir agua embotellada y te puedan cobrar
3. Nos echamos hielo en el agua en una de las conmisas y nos cobraron 0,2€ por cada vaso. En un comedor de buffet donde puedes comer lo que quieras, te cobran por cada cubito de hielo

Además, no hay nevera en la habitación, así que si compras agua sólo la puedes beber caliente

Le personnel très agréable (aussi bien que la femme de ménage ,les serveuses, les réceptionnistes toujours le sourire toujours un petit mot agréable pour les enfants alors qu on ne parle pas la meme langue )
La nourriture excellente .tout les jours quelque chose de différent et toujours très bon .
La piscine très bien aussi .les enfants on adores. Petite pateaugoire très agréable pour les enfants .

Overpriced hostel feeling

Not much. It felt more like a hostel then a quality hotel for vacation

Cons:

You can hear everything through the walls. This makes it hard to sleep. The AC in the rooms barely work. We had it running all day everyday and still woke up sweating in the middle of the night. The food leaves a lot to be desired from the lack of good options to select from to the lack of flavor in everything. We ultimately ended up eating out everyday even though our meals were included. The elevators can only hold 4 people so you do a lot of walking up and down the stairs. This place was way too expensive for how bare bones it is and the lack of quality of the rooms and food.

Todo . Todo perfecto tanto por parte de los trabajadores como de comidas y todo . Habitaciones amplias y limpias .

El único problema son los ascensores que se hacía cola y iban muy lentos pero por lo demás todo perfecto. Tanto trabajadores como comida y todo.
