Good location in Murren with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. Good breakfast. There is an elevator which is helpful.
The hotel looks and feels a bit dated. From the slightly worn black leather couches in the lobby to the single-use shower gel you rarely see anymore, and the room's interior design.
Location- A little off-central but easy access to Coop and stations. The funicular to Allmendhubel is just a few steps away.
Staff - Very helpful and friendly staff. They give you a guest card which has free access to the swimming pool.
Room - Assigned a room with peaceful view of the Allmendhubel side. Comfy bed. Cleaned/checked everyday.
Breakfast - Included in my plan. Delicious and amazing selection! This is the most memorable part of my day. Coming in early, I can get the window seat and have the mountain views greet me every morning!
Restaurant - There is a restaurant attached, but I wasn't able to try.

I stayed at the Jungfrau Hotel for four days and it was wonderful. The hotel is in a perfect location, about 10 minutes from the cable car. The village itself is quiet with a mesmerizing view of the mountains. The room is authentic and cozy and I had an amazing view from the window. The staff was very kind and attentive to my gluten sensitivity. The breakfast was excellent. The guest card gives you free entry to the Alpine Wellness Center in the village, the outdoor jacuzzi there is an experience not to be missed. I miss this place very much.
The shower has a curtain that tends to wet the floor, but the staff made sure to bring extra towels so it was fine.

The manager should be control his team. Celine, Paolo, Marian & Anastasia (sorry I know I got the spellings wrong) were incredibly caring and helpful with any request and suggestions of what they loved to see in the area. The staff really added to the enjoyment of my trip.
Frühstück Ok, die Lage super.
Teilweise ist die Einrichtung , wie in einem Jugendlager, man könnte es etwas anders mit dem Interieur gestalten. Es ist ja ein drei Sterne Hotel, von der Bar bis zu dem Restaurant usw.

The location in Murren town, but to be fair I would loved the location in any hotel within this small town. Amazing views all around where ever you look at.
The breakfast was very basic, nevertheless you get your day started there.
The rooms have wall-to-wall carpet which is always somewhat slightly musty smell in the room, I know my nose might be little too sensitive sometimes.
The bathroom was quite small for me (even I´m only 178cm), when the slanted roof is making some of the floor room not useful.
The location in town, and a nice room with a view on top floor. Great breakfast and staff!
