5 star hotel with 4 star facilities and hostel-level service.
Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

1) staff was not kind and looked like they were doing you a favour
2) pool has no bar service. If you want to drink water, don’t forget to go to the supermarket before the check-in to buy a plastic bottle. Even if you want to walk the 200m from the pool to the hotel bar they don’t have plastic bottles so you’d have to drink a full bottle there before heading back to the pool - great for the daily steps
3) the hotel brags about its honey, jams, wine and cheeses but don’t offer (even if paid) a tasting…
4) the hotel brags about the quality of its wines, but at the restaurant, when you order a good wine (e.g Grande Reserva) it is served warm and the waiter doesn’t know how to decant the wine.

La piscina necesita un poco mas de mantenimiento.
Sería necesario adecentar algunas fuentes y, en concreto el estanque junto a la fuente del León y la fábrica de hielo. Se puede entender que no se atienda todo debidamente por que eso es inmenso...

Nos gusto todo, el entorno, el Palacio, el personal, los jardines, el queso, el vino, la cama, el baño, las vistas desde la habitación, el desayuno muy completo, las hermosas Secuoyas es un espectáculo para la vista. La botella de agua se agradece. Todo genial.

Los jardines son preciosos, aunque en algunos tramos le falta mucho mantenimiento. Las ventanas de la habitación por dentro y los azulejos de la ducha estaban bastantes sucios, hubo vasos en el suelo en la piscina y en otro rincón cerca de las habitaciones durante las 48 horas de nuestra estancia. Los ceniceros de una de las terrazas estaban sin vaciar y sucios. Y el chiringuito de la piscina estaba cerrado y con aparente abandono, que pena. El desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable. Sin embargo, la única cena que realizamos de muy mala calidad. No es desde luego un cinco estrellas.

Cons:

A nuestra llegada, solicitamos realizar la visita guiada, ya que es un lugar histórico. Nos dijeron que nos informarían que tenían que consultar si era posible. Después de 24 horas fuimos nosotros a recepción a preguntar de nuevo. nos dijeron que hoy no encontraba la persona que realizaba las visitas y cuando la realizamos por nuestra cuenta, costaba escanear los códigos debido al desgaste de la imagen. Tenemos entendido que el coste de la visita guiada es de 25 € e incluye cata de vino y queso de su propia producción. Desde luego están perdiendo dinero. Muy mala gestión del parador.

Não corresponde ao glamour da história da Casa da Insua.

Gostei da arquitetura do prédio e da história.

Não possui acessibilidade para os quartos ala dos fundos.
Absurdo ter que subir dois lances grandes de escada com as malas.Não tem elevador nesta área nem um funcionário que faça esse serviço.
Achei que o Café da Manhã deixa a desejar. O queijo de ovelha produzido por eles parecia que as fatias haviam sido cortadas há 2 dias.
Também tinha umas lascas de queijo de ovelha secas e sem paladar.
O sistema de café e leite com bule, não me agrada. Prefiro o uso de Cafeterias automáticas.
Portugal é rico em pães e fora o pão americano, só serviram um pão redondo chamado popularmente de papo seco.
