Un bello palacio
Pros:

El histórico edificio. Habitaciones grandes, tranquilidad absoluta.

Cons:

Ofrece lugares en el palacio que no estaban abiertos ( Museo, quesería, bar...) La señalética es escasa uno se pierde dentro del edificio facilmemnte. La carta del restaurante es bastante corta. El servicio de restaurante es poco profesional.

Jardines y palacio maravillosos. Servicios mejorables.
Pros:

Los jardines son maravillosos. La colección de flores, plantas y árboles es espectacular.

La piscina, rodeada de cabras pastando, es muy agradable.

Los espacios comunes, especialmente la cafetería y la sala de billar, son muy confortables.

Cons:

En los jardines, faltan bancos.
En la piscina, faltan tumbonas y sobra el ruido de motor.
En la cafetería, es urgente mejorar la carta (sándwiches, perritos y hamburguesas).
Las habitaciones tienen ventanas pequeñas y vistas a los aparcamientos.

5 star hotel with 4 star facilities and hostel-level service.
Pros:

Rooms were clean

Cons:

1) staff was not kind and looked like they were doing you a favour
2) pool has no bar service. If you want to drink water, don’t forget to go to the supermarket before the check-in to buy a plastic bottle. Even if you want to walk the 200m from the pool to the hotel bar they don’t have plastic bottles so you’d have to drink a full bottle there before heading back to the pool - great for the daily steps
3) the hotel brags about its honey, jams, wine and cheeses but don’t offer (even if paid) a tasting…
4) the hotel brags about the quality of its wines, but at the restaurant, when you order a good wine (e.g Grande Reserva) it is served warm and the waiter doesn’t know how to decant the wine.

Los jardines, el palacio, la piscina, las instalaciones...es muy distinto a otros paradores...

Cons:

La piscina necesita un poco mas de mantenimiento.
Sería necesario adecentar algunas fuentes y, en concreto el estanque junto a la fuente del León y la fábrica de hielo. Se puede entender que no se atienda todo debidamente por que eso es inmenso...
