Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza

I went for a city break in July with my daughter. The hotel is in the city centre within walking distance to all major attractions. The bus the airport is 5 mins away and it costs 5 euros! the hotel itself is very basic but offers everything you need at the best standard. Staff is highly professional and helpful. I will come back.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Juan was extremely helpful and had solutions to a couple of minor issues. Hotel location is ideal, walking distance to all major sites. Don’t hesitate, this is the prefect hotel and location for your stay in Madrid!!!

Great stay at this hotel, very clean and nice. The frint desk staff and room service were excellent. Location was in a great spot to walk to multiple sites.

Our stay at Petit Palace Lealtad Plaza had both positives and negatives.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is within walking distance of the Prado Museum, Retiro Park and many other attractions. The bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and soap) were also appreciated.

A special thank you to the young man working at breakfast. He welcomed guests, seated everyone, cleared the tables, took orders for freshly cooked egg dishes and was always friendly, professional and spoke excellent English. He made every breakfast pleasant. Unfortunately, on our last morning he was replaced by another staff member who did not speak English and struggled to keep up with the dining room.

However, there were several disappointing aspects. The walls are extremely thin, and noise from neighboring rooms made it difficult to rest. Our Family Room had a bunk bed and two single beds pushed together; one of the beds was unstable and squeaked badly. The pillows were very uncomfortable. Housekeeping was inconsistent: towels were not always replaced, and during our four-night stay the bed linen was never changed. Breakfast was rather modest, and the dining room felt more like a small cafeteria than a four-star hotel restaurant. There is also no restaurant service during the rest of the day, so guests need to leave the hotel for meals.

Overall, the hotel meets the basic requirements of a four-star property, but the quality of service, comfort and soundproofing did not match our expectations.

El alojamiento se encuentra cerca del parque del retiro y tienes todos los servicios a pocos minutos caminando. El personal muy amable en todo momento con nosotros. Las instalaciones a pesar de estar reformadas, se nota que el edificio es antiguo.

Venia de un hotel por el mismo precio bastante sucio. Un desayuno embasado con jugo fantasioso. Llegue a una pieza limpia, amplia, con rico aire acondicionado, in desayuno sencillo y delicioso, con personal simpático...
La ubicacion fue toda una sorpresa!!!! Muy buena y con buena movilización.
La relación precio - calidad, en comparación a otros hoteles de similares características, es muy superior. Que hayan buscado, encontrado y guardado lo que se nos olvidó habla muy bien de su personal.
