Great location in Madrid
Pros:

Amazing location, close to Parque del Retiro and to the plaza del sol. You can actually do almost anything by walk (great restaurants nearby, lots of turistic places as well). The staff was ok, not great but not bad as well.

Cons:

I stayed in Petite Palace twice in the same travel, during the first leg I chose a bigger room and it was awesome, the room had a balcony with view; but for the second one, such room was not available, so i needed to stay in the basic room, and it was much worse, smaller and not so great. Also, I needed to wait for 2hrs for the check-in, which is ok (there was no delays), but the staff did not take our baggages to the room, and even after I contacted the front desk, I needed to go to pick up the bags.

Awesome option if you stay in the room with Balconty
Pros:

Amazing and very big room, with a great balcony with view to Madrid.

Cons:

Noisy air conditioning, but not something that affected the stay

Buena ubicación, rico y variado desayuno
Pros:

Esta al lado del parque del retiro, por lo que la ubicación es central y tranquila. Además el desayuno es muy rico y variado, los productos son frescos y de calidad. El último día prepararon un box Lunch para llevar, ya que mi vuelo salía temprano.

Cons:

El primer día fue difícil regular el AC, tampoco me gustó que se tengan que pedir en recepción los ameneties y no estén disponibles en la habitación, entiendo que es para evitar contaminar, pero cuando los necesitas y no tienes tiempo para ir a buscarlos o esperar que te los lleven de recepción, terminas prescindiendo de ellos aunque los necesites..

Pros:

La ubicación es demasiado buena, casi que pudimos ir a todos lados caminando, la zona muy bonita y limpia. Éramos 3 personas y el espacio fue demasiado cómodo, las zonas sociales con linda decoración. No tomamos el desayuno del hotel

Cons:

Quizás el olor del baño cuando pasaba todo el día cerrado que no estábamos en la habitación, había un olor raro
