Otelin konumu harika. Tren istasyonuna, en merkezi yerlere, Prado müzesine, Retiro Parka yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar çok ilgili, özellikle de Fatıma Hanım. Otelin genel temizliği güzel. Odalar yeterli sayılabilir Kahvaltısı çok iyi. Herşey için teşekkürler

Pros:

This is my favorite hotel of the ones Ive been to in Madrid. The location is the best, the personnel, the breakfast is fantastic and will come back for a 3rd time when I have the opportunity

Conforto e tranquilidade, sem abrir mão da localização.
Pros:

Localização espetacular, perto do centro (Gran Via / Plaza Mayor) porém ainda distante o suficiente para ter uma hospedagem tranquila. O hotel é bem próximo do Parque do Retiro, e bem provido de estações de metro e paradas de ônibus. O café da manhã é ótimo, e a equipe é atenciosa. O hotel conta com elevador na recepção e para os quartos, para nós foi fundamental por estarmos utilizando carrinho de bebê. Quarto amplo, e atenderam prontamente nossa solicitação para termos grade instalada em uma das camas (para minha filha). Para fins de referência um taxi - para ou do aeroporto - ficou em aprox. 40 euros.

Cons:

Não há tantas opções de restaurante na região, o jantar em especial precisa ser bem planejado. Mas há opção de jantar no próprio hotel, não experimentamos portanto não temos como avaliar. Também não usamos o estacionamento.

Pros:

A beautifully preserved building with spacious, calm and elegant rooms. Great location next to Retiro and a 15-minute walk to Plaza Mayor. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room was a bit dated with a few things slightly falling apart, top bunk felt a little dangerous for a kid - had a separate bed rail but have to climb in over that
