A great place to stay if you are going to the Albert Hall. Short stroll away.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. The location was perfect as we went to the Albert Hall for a concert. The breakfast was exceptional.

Cons:

Nespresso machine in my room didn’t work.

Excellent hotel in London
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location close to the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were very friendly and professional ensuring we had a safe and comfortable stay. The room was clean, airy and well appointed. I would recommend this hotel and stay there again if visiting London.

Nasz pobyt (2 osoby, cel rodzinny i turystyczny) był w pełni udany – jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.
Pros:

Hotel mieści się w eleganckiej dzielnicy, w XIX-wiecznej angielskiej kamienicy. To dobry hotel z bardzo przyjemną obsługą.
Jeśli chodzi o śniadania, wybór był dużo lepszy niż ten, z którym dotychczas spotykałem się w hotelach tej klasy.

Excellent Overnight Stay - Would Love to Stay Again
Pros:

The single petite room exceeded my expectations. It was perfectly adequate (and then some) for an overnight stay for me alone. It had a very good walk in shower and a loo/basin. Small wardrobe just to hang some overnight things. Fully stocked mini bar (I didn't use it!), space to store my boots and overnight bag and even a place to sit and do my hair and make up in the morning. Single bed was comfy enough and I was able to cool the room too. Cleanliness excellent. Breakfast was very good and service excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Location for the Albert Hall (to see Kraftwerk) and tube stations - brilliant. I would absolutely stay here again if coming to London overnight again especially the Albert Hall, I think I got back after exiting the venue in about 7 minutes (I do walk quite fast). Queens Gate is wide and flat, easy to traverse.

Cons:

The ONLY thing was there is a step outside room 212 and despite me writing a note for myself to remind me, every single time I opened the door to walk out, I heavily stepped because I forgot it was there!! Just be careful if you are not so steady on your feet and staying in that room.

Super schönes, gepflegtes und gemütliches Hotel in einer wunderschönen Lage.
Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab viele Variationen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und haben sich sehr um jeden Gast gekümmert und bemüht. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön eingerichtet und waren sehr sauber. Vor allem das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Auch das Bad war auf dem neuesten Stand und sehr sauber. Auch die Lage war sehr ruhig und fussläufig zur RAH.

Cons:

Vielleicht hätte der Roomservice etwas später kommen können und nicht um 8 Uhr morgens.

Great central location a walk away from hide park and large 3 adult room
Pros:

Great location 5 minutes away from Hide Park by walk with plenty of cafés around, metro stations less than 10 minutes away by walk, bus stations for the city center less than 5 minutes away, quiet neighborhood.

It was hard to find a room with 3 beds and this hotel has such rooms and it was large, confortable, well lit, modern, clean. I strongly recommend for 3 adults stay and will come back.

The staff is very friendly and professionnal.
