Muy caro para el nivel ofrecido. Habitaciones y baño pequeñas.
Pros:

La cama muy buena. El cuarto limpio. El desayuno estaba bien. El personal agradable.

Cons:

El baño muy pequeño. No habia zona para poder abrir la maleta en la habitación.
La ventana daba a un muro. Muy caro para el nivel ofrecido.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in außergewöhnlich guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in Kensington, fußläufig z.B. zur Royal Albert Hall. Die Gegend ist sehr schön, das Hotel selbst ist gemütlich, es gehört meines Wissens zu keiner Kette, dementsprechend individuell ist die Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, vom Empfang bis zur Reinigung. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unterm Dach und schauten über die Dächer von Kensington, das Zimmer hatte Klimaanlage und wir konnten nachts sogar bei offenem Fenster schlafen, man hörte von draußen nichts. Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich im Untergeschoß, auch hier war beim Frühstück alles da was wir so brauchen und es wurde schnell nachgelegt und Tische auch zügig wieder abgeräumt. Alleine die Lage des Hotels hat mehr als 10 Sterne verdient. Es gab auch ein Restaurant, welches wir aber nicht genutzt haben.
Man kann das Hotel von 2 U-Bahn Stationen aus gut erreichen, und wie immer, wenn man in London ist, ist gutes Schuhwerk hilfreich.

Hotel great, breakfast awful
Pros:

Clean,.modern, excellent location for the V&A where I was attending an evening function.
Expensive for a converted store room but tastefully and efficiently done and it is Knightsbridge so...

Cons:

Only disappointment was disgrace of breakfast. The offerings were more akin to a cheap budget hotel. Food was not replenished often and was all dried up and inedible I had vey little (no cooked) which was disappointing as the rating showed excellent breakfast. A couple in the restaurant at the same time were rewlly kicking off about the poor breakfast.

Such a shame as the hotel itself was great situation ans pleasant staff and rooms. Breakfast offering and bland breakfast room. Let it done hugely.

Overall a lovely stay, happy to use again.
Pros:

Well maintained, clean, helpful and welcoming staff, great breakfast, nice bar/bistro, very good location, quiet, 2 large lifts, air conditioning

mi è piaciuta la camera, il letto, il bagno, il fatto che ci sia un ristorante aperto fino all'una di notte, la disponibilità e professionalità del personale, soprattutto Sam, persona splendida.
