Very comfortable and would go back.
Pros:

Liked the breakfast al a carte option. Room was large light and the beds fabulous. Shower room lacked places to put stuff but shower amazing.

Cons:

Had to ask for a kettle! Tea needs a kettle. One was provide on request though so no complaints.

disappointing stay
Pros:

impossible to turn the lights on or off in the room. It was crazy. they were on a remote switch and it was impossible

Breakfast was very poor and a noisy stuffy restaurant. Very disappointing

Very nice location
Pros:

The room was clean and it had everything needed, including an iron and ironing table. I choose the hotel based on the location.

Cons:

As I had the room on the same floor with the reception and bar, at times it was quite noisy.

Pros:

Clean, excellent amenities. Central to all V&A, Natural History and Albert Hall of Music. Close access to Kensington gardens. Staff is exceptional.

Os funcionários são muito gentis e simpáticos, fomos muito bem recebidos. O quarto era espaçoso, moderno e super limpo. Adoramos a localização, próximo ao Hyde Park e com excelentes opções de restaurantes por perto. O valor da acomodação é justo, entregaram muita qualidade, com certeza me hospedaria novamente e recomedo para quem for à Londres.

Very helpful staff. Great location.
Pros:

We were shown to our room when we arrived and everything was explained including the air con. Every staff member we encountered was polite and helpful. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. Great location for the Albert Hall and museums.

Cons:

We enjoyed the breakfast but the coffee let it down.
