Pros:

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, con servicio de limpieza incluido. Ubicación excelente.

Pros:

Struttura nel centro di Puerto del Carmen, vicino a ogni tipo di servizio ma lontano dal casino del lungo mare. Ci sono tanti parcheggi gratuiti intorno alla struttura, molto bella, accogliente e dotata di ogni comfort ! Assolutamente consigliato !
Nonostante non ci fosse la reception fisica sono stati sempre disponibili e reperibili per ogni necessità.

Cons:

Forse avrei preferito pulizia giornaliera invece che ogni tre giorni se proprio devo trovare una pecca

Amazing stay, would come again
Pros:

- Perfect location, quiet but close to the centre
- Close to the beach and promenade as well as markets
- heated pool
- cleaning every two days with towel change
- good communication
- lovely neighbours 🫶🏻

Cons:

- basic toiletries were missing, at least a hand soap would be nice

Great apartment.
Pros:

Great apartment. Spotless, great location. Cleaning lady asked every day if we wanted our apartment cleaned, fresh towels etc. Great pool. It was lovely & quiet & relaxing while we were there. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend it.

Cons:

A second pillow would have been nice but that's just our personal preference.

Location was great. It was gated and cleaning staff were fantastic.

Cons:

It desperately needs to be painted inside, 5 months apart from being in that exact same apartment that we requested and couldn't believe how grubby it got. Whoever stayed in it marked all the walls and you could see where it was patched up temporarily probably waiting to get a chance to paint it properly. Love it there so hopefully it gets sorted.

Fabulous complex
Pros:

Quite safe complex just beside the main strip. Exellent complex manager Elena couldn't do enough for us.Allways a pleasure to stay here.

Cons:

We stay here 4/5 times a year for the past few years. Sadly our next stay will be our last as the cost has slowly being creeping up year on year,and from January 2027 the price will increase to €150 per night. This is more than doubled and will make our holiday very expensive. Its such a shame and I don't see the justification for such an increase. Lots of the regular people that have been loyal and supportive by returning 4 or 5 times a year for many years have now found alternative accommodation from next January because of the price increase.

Pros:

Perfecto para ir con bebé!
Nos ubicaron en la planta baja, así que era muy cómodo salir del apartamento con el carro, también nos proporcionaron cuna y trona sin cobrarnos ningún extra. El apartamento está totalmente equipado.
Es un complejo muy tranquilo, muchos cenábamos en la terracita y no se oía barullo.
Muy buen ubicado para recorrer la isla.

El apartamento está en un complejo acogedor, bien situado en zona cercana al paseo marítimo pero lejano del bullicio. Muy buena limpieza diaria.

Cons:

Las camas individuales algo pequeñas y se les desplazaba el colchón fácilmente.
