Welcoming and friendly staff.
Lovely gardens and other areas to sit to relax including a bar area and residents’ lounge.
Rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable.
Victoria was particularly engaging at breakfast and made us feel very comfortable.
Close proximity to Bunratty gave us options for eating and entertainment.
We had a ground floor room near to the door opening to the corridor - you can hear the door banging to the entrance of the foyer - may benefit from a slow close mechanism.
We could hear noise from the upstairs bedrooms, but appreciate this is a difficult matter to resolve.

The breakfast was amazing. It was very close to Bunratty Castle and folk village, also close to good places to eat.

Our toilet didn’t work at all. Had to go to the bathroom in lobby. Feel like room rate should have been reduced or some compensation offered.

Stayed there one night wished it could gave been two. Was there for a snall fanily event, got a great meal top class service at evening meal.

We had a 21st family dinner at Bunratty Manor. Such a great atmosphere and the food was fantastic, top class. The best part of it was the staff, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The restaurant was full but you would never know, the staff made us feel so special. I had special food requirements and it was no big deal. I felt so included and I didn't feel like I was missing out. Thank you so much for a great night and making us feel so special.
Enjoyed the staff and the accommodations, it was the right distance to all the attractions and the Shannon Airport. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was amazing.

We stayed hear during a cycling tour. What a quaint hotel. The dinner we had was five star. The service was fantastic. If you stay save for the sticky pudding. Best in Ireland!

Everything was great
Beautiful property in a great location. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very professional and engaging.
There was no air conditioning. But I do understand the heat wave in Europe was not their norm. I should have read things better on the website.
