Personale davvero super gentile e disponibile. Stanza ottima e comodissima, l’unica pecca è che l’aria condizionata non funzionava proprio e durante il pomeriggio abbiamo un po’ sofferto, la sera ho aperto la finestra ed è andata bene

Pros:

The fact that it was very clean everywhere,the breakfast,the staff very helpful with other guests necessities (like an EU plug) for phone.

Cons:

I didn't like the fact,that in all 6 floors hotel,there was just 1( one) iron clothes which is VERY INCONVENIENT.
The door card was non functional many times.The staff was very helpful with that,but still annoying,because hapend more than once.

Pros:

Отель чистый, удобный, скромный, но приятный. Особенно удобно, что есть открытый ресторан с летней площадкой и там можно всегда посидеть, даже если он не работает, разогреть еду, воспользоваться посудой и приборами. Очень приветливый и помогающий персонал. Очень тихо, что отлично ценится ночью. В отеле не курят, что особенно хорошо.Очень удобная кровать, но жесткие подушки. Любые просьбы персонал отеля выполняет. Большое спасибо !! Было очень приятно прожить эти 3 дня увас!!

Cons:

Очень хотеллось бы, чтобы в номере была вода ,хотя бы 0,5 литра.
