Pros:

Muy buena la atención de los trabajadores, sobre todo Manolo, un gran profesional. Nos trato de maravilla tanto en el desayuno como los días que picamos a mediodía.
Las habitaciones y baños muy limpios.

Cons:

El hotel esta muy bien respecto a la relación calidad-precio, pero las habitaciones que dan a la calle dan a la zona de pubs que es un poco escandalosa.
Es el único pero que podríamos poner.

Perfect for a few days in Benidorm
Pros:

This hotel is perfect for a few days in Benidorm. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Pool area was always lively with a good atmosphere and the staff were great.

Cons:

This hotel is extremely overpriced and absolutely not worth the money. Hostels are much better than this.

At night, it was very noisy with people screaming and drunk guests crazy shouting, making it difficult to sleep.

The room had almost no facilities—no refrigerator, no basic amenities, nothing that justifies the price.

The swimming pool was decent, and honestly, that was one of the few positive things about the hotel.

Most of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The only exception was an older gentleman working in the breakfast area, who was by far the kindest person in the entire hotel. Everyone else treated guests poorly.

The breakfast was also very disappointing, with poor quality and very limited options.

Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. It is far too expensive for what it offers, and there are much better places to stay for the same price—or even less.

Great location, decent rooms, good atmosphere, started off at 101e a night and then went up to 200e a night, so we left

Good atmosphere, music around the pool, great location. The tv and aircon worked

Good breakfast choices, very friendly and helpful staff, only a few minutes walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars around the hotel. Bars in hotel very good with large tv screens if your a sports fan, very good pool

A személyzet nem volt kedves. A csomagmegörző kicsi volt, rengeteg csomaggal, kevés tárolóval és a vendégek szabadon bejárhattak. A szoba felújításra szorult volna és nem volt tiszta, egy ilyenre kauciót kérni nem korrekt, a depozit visszatérítése nem kijelentkezéskor történik, hanem később, ami szintén nincs rendben.
