O que se pode destacar positivamente é a localização.
O atendimento ao cliente é rude. A disponibilidade e a flexibilidade para resolver imprevistos é nula.
Ao fazer a reserva de um quarto superior solicitei camas separadas. Só ao fazer o check-in verifiquei que isso não era possível. A funcionaria informou que a alternativa seria colocar uma cama adicional, mas não seria uma cama de qualidade. Optámos por aceitar um quarto inferior, com camas separadas.
No entanto, no check-out, o hotel cobrou-nos o valor da reserva original, de um quarto superior.
Depois de várias trocas de mensagens pedindo o reembolso da diferenças, nada se resolveu. Parece-me incorreto, sob todos os aspectos, cobrar por um serviços que não foi prestado.

La habitación era cómoda, limpia y moderna.
La ubicación era ideal: zona muy tranquila y con infinidad de zona de aparcamiento enfrente.
El desayuno estaba bien.
El precio muy bueno.
Hotel muy recomendable.

La comida en el restaurante, estupenda y la atención insuperable.
Todo bien y la ausencia de aparcamiento se suple de sobra en el poligono comercial que hay enfrente.
l'hotel si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dal castello di Ponferrada, se si va in auto c'è un comodo parcheggio vicino. Il personale eragentile e disponibile, la stanza era spaziosa e pulita con minibar e aria condizionata, letto comodo. Il parcheggio dell'hotel è gratuito. La sera abbiamo cenato al ristorante annesso ed è stata un'ottima cena da tutti i punti di vista: cibo, servizio e ambiente. Buona anche la colazione. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto buono, ottima soluzione per chi va a Ponferrada.

La ubicación excelente, para dejar el coche tienes también delante un espacio bastante amplio y seguro. Cerca del centro de Ponferrada.
Podría ser un poco más modernas las instalaciones.
La amabilidad del personal, limpieza de las habitaciones, colchón muy confortable.
El desayuno puede mejorar la presentación y calidad de los alimentos
Good location, easy reach of the train station, bus station, and the Camino routes. Good renovation, comfortable bed, and good soundproofing — we slept well. A good option for a 1–2 night stay. There is a McDonald’s, Mercadona, and Decathlon right across the street.
Neither the lady at the reception desk nor the person at the bar, whom she sent us to, could explain how we could pay for breakfast in the morning. They simply told us that breakfast was not included in our booking and that there was nothing they could do. The person at the bar eventually started ignoring us after all, which was quite unpleasant.
We were short on time because we had a bus to catch, so we lost a lot of time trying to sort this out and barely had enough time to run to Mercadona to get some food.
