Overall, considering the price, I expected more.
Pros:

Overall, the hotel was clean, the food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was allowed to check in early, and the team tried their best to assist me. The service was generally good.

Cons:

I had no hot water for 3 days and had to shower with cold water for almost the entire stay until departure. I was told technicians were working on the issue, but it was never resolved.

Some amenities felt overpriced. Kettles, safes, parking, and most spa facilities are charged separately. The jacuzzi costs €18 for 20 minutes, and airport transfer prices were almost twice the cost of a regular taxi. There were also no complimentary cups, coffee, or tea in the room. The air conditioning was quite weak.

The hotel was also very noisy throughout the day, and there was poor sound insulation in the rooms. I could hear everything from outside and nearby rooms, and after a long flight I even had to sleep with earplugs due to the noise.

Bohatý výber jedál a nápojov upratovanie a výmena rucnikov každý deň som spokojný. Personál milý a ústretový a bola možnosť až.do.18 hodiny si predĺžiť pobyt za príplatok čo bolo výborné pretože lietadlo letelo až neskoro večer

Bellow averaged!
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated with a large bed. Also the music was good along with the outside pool. Overall a nice looking hotel.

Cons:

The food was terrible, for how decent and nice the hotel looked the food was horrible, we never tasted anything like that. To be a “4 star hotel” with that food is hilarious. Also the A/C was awful, outside the temperature was around 25-27 degrees and the A/C couldn’t make it. As a bonus for the A/C working poorly you don’t get an insect net for your balcony door, again “4 stars”. BY THE WAY, parking is 15 euro PER DAY.

Ganz gut, aber der Ort ist hauptsächlich für Partygänger geeignet.
Pros:

Freundliches Personal, schöner Ausblick, moderne Zimmereinrichtung, sehr gute Küche, sehr gute Massagen

Cons:

Matratze zu weich, Kissen zu hart, zu wenig Platz für Koffer und Kleidung.

Pros:

Хотелът е разположен сред много зеленина и спокойствие. Стаите са големи, чисти и удобни, което допринася за истински комфортен престой. Атмосферата е уютна, а обстановката е идеална за релакс.

Cons:

За съжаление храната беше еднообразна, а приборите не винаги бяха достатъчно чисти. Надявам се тези неща да бъдат подобрени, защото хотелът има голям потенциал.
