Exceptional!!
Pros:

Great location, in the middle of 2 beaches. Great staff, very kind and friendly oh their breakfast was healthy and exceptional.

Everything was great
Pros:

My son and I absolutely loved everything about our stay, from the very first day until the moment we checked out.

The staff deserve the highest praise. Everyone—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and housekeeping—was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Room service was excellent every single day.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s complimentary pastries in our room during the first two days of our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and high-quality food.

The hotel restaurant was outstanding. We had both lunch and dinner there almost every day because we never felt the need to look for another place to eat. The menu offers a wide selection of Portuguese and Italian dishes, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The service was exceptional and truly exceeded our expectations.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff and the hotel management for making our stay so comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable.

If it were possible to give a rating higher than 10, I would happily give it 100! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very disappointing stay with poor cleanliness, unhelpful staff, and facilities that did not match
Pros:

We liked the location and the AC.

Cons:

We were very disappointed with our stay. The building did not look like the photos online. It felt old, poorly maintained, and was not in the condition we expected. The room also did not have a minibar or mini fridge, which was inconvenient during our stay.

The staff was not helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The room was not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the housekeeping service remained below standard during our stay. On one occasion, the housekeeper even left the used towels on the bathroom floor, so we had to remove them ourselves. The sink and toilet were never cleaned properly and were consistently dirty, which meant we had to clean them ourselves.

The bathroom was also in poor condition. There was a significant amount of mold around the toilet, and the shower caused water to spread throughout the bathroom due to poor drainage and a lack of ventilation.

Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations, and unfortunately we would not recommend this hotel.
