Would be a nice position looking out to the beach if you were given the right room
No tea or milk in the room which is expensive and the television reception i terrible constantly breaking up even after they sent their engineer to fix it but couldn't and I asked to be moved to another room but they made excuses so I left 5 day's early and the manager said they would refund me for the days I didn't use but they lied and I lost 5 day's money and thinking back I thought the reception staff were miserable and didn't see any of the smile
The location is unreal. We are a couple early 40s and I do feel like the hotel is more for a retirement age because it’s quite a chilled vibe. There were lots of older couples there, but we were okay with that because we were looking for a relaxing holiday. The entertainment isn’t great, but everything else is a 10 out of 10. The entertainment caters for the older generation. The best thing is the location. The hotel is dated decor but immaculate. Very clean

This was our 4th visit to the Kaktus. It is a lovely hotel with very friendly helpful staff situated in the very best location.
We were half board breakfast was excellent plenty of good quality food available, the same with our evening meal. Nigjtly entertainment is very suitable for older adults it is lively and enjoyed by all especially fans of dancing.
Love this hotel
We are already looking forward to our next visit.
The only tiny downfall is that the beds are a little hard for me. But the helpful and friendly housekeeping staff do everything they can to make you comfortable. Lovely people.
