Please note that the property hosts music events and live bands perform on Friday nights from 20:00 onward. On Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and bank holiday Sunday nights, there is an in-house night club until 02:00. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

Please be aware that all guests will be held liable to extra charges arising from damage caused by smoking or any other incidents that might happen throughout your stay. Guests are also liable for an additional charge should there be excessive noise after midnight resulting in the disturbance of other guests. Your card will be charged for an amount proportionate to the damage caused in either case.

Very Sad.
Pros:

Setting superb. Food bloody awful. Bland stodge with zero cooking skills. Seriously dissappointing.

Cons:

Booked a family room, which ended up being a double bed and 2 camp beds. For the price I would have expected proper beds. The room was on the 3rd floor. The weather has been exceptionally warm for the last few weeks... heat rises... the room was unbearable warm at 10pm. The air-conditioning didn't work. Went to open the windows and they had mould on them.

We had to attend a family funeral at 10.30am.. but needed to be at the family residence at 9.30am... we didn't realise breakfast was only served after 9am... and the staff told us it was too late to order breakfast to the room for the following morning. If I'd know I wouldn't have opted to pay for breakfast on the booking.

When I was ironing a shirt... the iron ripped some threads on the shoulder of the shirt.

I told the staff about the incidents above and they advised someone would phone us. They didn't.

Warme kamer in mooi hotel
Pros:

De gardens suite zijn mooie en grote kamers, bij het ontbijt kun je een speciaal gerecht kiezen, naast het buffet. Bijvoorbeeld avocado met toast en ei, of zalm met eieren

Cons:

Het was 29 graden in de kamer, er is geen airco en er was maar een klein stukje raam wat open kon. Men had alleen een medium grote ventilator om de warmte tegen te gaan. Ik kreeg wel een andere kamer, daar was het 26 graden
