Important information:

Please note that the property hosts music events and live bands perform on Friday nights from 20:00 onward. On Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and bank holiday Sunday nights, there is an in-house night club until 02:00. Some rooms may be affected by noise.

Please be aware that all guests will be held liable to extra charges arising from damage caused by smoking or any other incidents that might happen throughout your stay. Guests are also liable for an additional charge should there be excessive noise after midnight resulting in the disturbance of other guests. Your card will be charged for an amount proportionate to the damage caused in either case.

All Group Reservations will be contacted regarding deposits. All Group Reservations are required to pay a €30.00 per person and pay the remainder two weeks prior to arrival.This property might host on-site functions, so noise may be audible in some rooms.

All you want
Pros:

Location , friendly staff , air-con, parking and restaurant .
All you would want from a hotel. There are no lifts but we were immediately asked if we wanted help with our luggage.

A great hotel in a good location.
Pros:

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and had good facilities. It is located close to the centre of Kilkenny.

Super Lage mitten im Ortszentrum, eigener Parkplatz, sehr nettes Personal, ruhiges Zimmer (Garden Suite) und leckeres Essen und Entertainment im Pub. Riesiger Komplex mit vielen Räumen/Bars und Sälen, offenbar eine beliebte Hochzeits-Location.

Cons:

Alles im Stil vom letzten Jahrhundert, etwas shabby. Ziemlich harte Matratze.

Had a few flights of stairs and left out breakfast order early evening that was not collected or delivered to the room.

Pros:

Check in poor. 4pm no exceptions and the checking in staff who offer the first look at the hotel were pretty disinterested.

Had to chase bar staff for a drink after waiting 15 minutes and had to chase breakfast staff for coffee after a 10 minute wait

The room we stayed in was very tired, pretty grotty to be honest with patched in silicone and worn wood round the doors and an ancient sink and bath that I wouldn’t use, grubby overall.
