Nice room
Very friendly and helpful staff
Used luggage room the next day which was very helpful
Good location
Excellent breakfast with many choices and a friendly chef
Overpriced
Room smelled of BBQ smoke
Price, weather
Location
Overrated, overpriced and old hotel
Beautiful views from the public areas and outside. Good sized room and bathroom. TV you can screen share from. I had a twin double and it had sufficient bedding and a garden view. Breakfast was great, good selection. Staff very nice. Had a bath tub.
Noisy! Could hear every creek and the lawn mowing at 10am
Excellent buffet dinner in the Arven restaurant.
Room clean and comfortable but level with a footpath so not private and no view. That would have been acceptable had the room cost a third of what it did. Very expensive for a basic hotel room.
Property is in a great location
The bed provided in a superior room was a tiny queen size. When we explained to staff that the bed was so small that one of us had to sleep on the floor, they didn’t even apologise even though we had paid a small fortune for the room. Very poor value for money. Completely overpriced.
Ao lado da estação de trem e passeios de barco. Café da manhã muito bom. Cama muito confortável e vista bonita da região.
Preço, mas está de acordo com a região.
An extremely favorable location
The Hotel in the room are rather rudimentary.
Posizione
Prezzo alto
Amazing location, really convenient. Amazing view, not too bad when massive cruise ships are in port.
Nice breakfast, lots of options - just go early or late as can be quite hectic during 'rush' period
The 3rd floor restaurant was lovely (best in town) and the steak main was absolutely fabulous, shame not real starter or dessert options.
Very busy during peak periods.
Chargeable umbrella for a 4*, surprising. Could have better gift shop options
Very stuffy overnight - opened balcony door and was eaten alive by bugs! aircon could have prevented....however after emailing the hotel after check-out to inform them of the excessive bites (over 20 bites) and politely ask for a room check to ensure it wasn't bed bugs or something - I am extremely disappointed that they did not even acknowledge or respond.
Gorgeous property, cozy rooms, wonderful staff. Incredible breakfast buffet- loved it!
Nothing !
Location is amazing, so cloae to train, biat, water, views!!!
Fabulous breakfast
Nice views and grounds. Historic hotel in Flam
Very expensive, i know it has a name and reputation and the location is fabulpus but still, so cosgly for quite a basic room
Great location for all Flam activities.
Very overprice. £450 a night for a tiny room with no fridge, tissues, dressing gowns, and threadbare towels, a small queen bed and cheap bedding. Limited breakfast and tired interiors and exteriors. It trades on lack of competition.
