Melhor hotel de Flam
Pros:

Localização e gastronomia

Cons:

Cheguei ao hotel pela rota panorâmica. Avistei o logo do hotel e o estacionamento e estacionei. No entanto do estacionamento não há nenhuma indicação da entrada/recepcao e fiquei rodando com duas malas grandes até que um hospede me ajudou a chegar à entrada. Sugiro que seja colocada uma placa indicativa de recepção para quem chega pelo estacionamento

Amazing location and lovely hotel
Pros:

The location was fantastic, could not have been better. The setting and hotel were gorgeous. The breakfast was great, and the hotel restaurant may have had the best salmon we have ever eaten.

Cons:

There were clearly many tour groups staying at the hotel, which was sometimes loud and overwhelming, especially when they were all getting on/off the bus.

Superb location in central Flam. Food at à la carte restaurant excellent.

Cons:

Super expensive for a very aged hotel. Peeling paint, old fashioned hair dryers, tiny scratchy towels etc. Would be ok for an A$300 hotel, not the A$850pn I paid!

Stunning location, great staff, but could use an upgrade in older rooms
Pros:

Such a wonderful setting and location right in the heart of Flam. It’s a mixture of old world and modern but we didn’t spend much time in the room because of all the stunning scenery. No tv in some of the old rooms and they could use a bit of a refresh but the main hotel and food and staff were excellent!

Cons:

Could be an amazing hotel with a bit of investment in upgrading older rooms.

Wow what a place to stay
Pros:

Most people stay 1 night - don’t you won’t regret it

When there are no cruise ships and everyone has left for the day - Flam is one of the most peaceful towns - the hotel is one of the very very few in town and has everything you could ever need

Nothing major. However, Breakfast spread could hv been a bit better. Usual suspects like croissants and muffins were missing- specially for kids.

La ubicación era muy buena, pero considerando que Flam es un pueblo minúsculo, francamente cualquier ubicación allí sería buena.

Cons:

Un hotel muy mal mantenido, descuidado, sucio, habitaciones deprimentes, los baños eran de categoría de hotel 2 estrellas. El personal no era nada amable. El precio es un absoluto despropósito para la calidad del hotel, se aprovechan de la poca oferta que hay. Es un hotel de calidad 2 estrellas a precio de 5 estrellas. No lo recomendaría jamás.
